Rated 5 out of 5 by EVERYTHING YOU NEED SPENT A WEEK AT THE HOTEL AND FROM ARRIVING TO LEAVING (RELUCTANTLY) THE SERVICE, THE FOOD, THE AMENITIES, THE STAFF, THE ROOM, WERE JUST BRILLIANT. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE. THE STAFF COULD NOT DO ENOUGH FOR YOU. July 11, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by The staff were awesome. We loved the Sheraton, on arrival we were greated with a cold drink and a minted face washer to refresh ourselves with. There were a couple of hipcups, but overall the Staff at the Sheraton were fantastic and the Sheraton itself was amazing. March 7, 2013

Rated 2 out of 5 by Completed stay, unsatisfactory We had a terrible stay at the resort. Would not recommend. Room was not up to standard, was in need of maintenance & staff could not be trusted. Management were very unhelpful & for a Sheraton Resort very disappointing. July 23, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by TERRIBLY EXPENSIVE We stayed at the Sheraton Fiji for 5 nights. The location is good, the facilities ok even though we had a number of things that needed fixing: The shower tap barely hangin onto the wall, then when that was fixed the shower leaked constantly and made noise which kept us awake at night, then the TV remote stopped working, the clock radio never worked at all during our stay and the air con was so noisy !! Very average room for the high price we paid and the services are ASTRONOMICALLY EXPENSIVE and the beer is almost double the price of beer back home !! Disgusting! May 14, 2014

Rated 1 out of 5 by Very poor management I start to admit that I am not used to do charter. However, Sheraton Fiji is like a eunormous cruize ship, where almost everything is of poor quality. - The buffets are for you who like pizza and lollipops. - Asking for the simplest thing means that staff has to contact their manager, meaning 30 minutes of waiting time. And, still (after waiting for 30 minutes) the answer is often "I am sorry". - Compared to any other place we stayed at in Fiji, staff is afraid, quiet and booring. - Knowledge about food, wine or else is close to non-existing. Food is presented sloppy, at least at the buffet. - Even though I have close to 200 stays with SPG, there was no recognition at all. - Our room was dirty upon arrival. We had to call 4 times to get a crib to our room. We never got any sheets for it. - The babysitter asked us to bring her a plate from the buffet. This felt strange, but we did as she asked. When leaving with the plate from the buffet, we where stopped and informed that we have to pay 99 Fiji dollar if we are to leave with the plate. And, we used the babysitter of the hotel! - There is absolutely nothing about Fiji in the hotel. Not one piece of the design. Hardly not one part of food. Hardly nothing in the way the staff is acting. - The is, by far, the worst managed SPG hotel I ever stayed at. Good things: - The person who cleaned our room the day after our first night did a very good job in removing the dirt from the floor. - There is many activities for kids. Actually, the place is for kids, not adults. - The pool looks good when posting pictures on Facebook. August 4, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Beautiful room We enjoyed our stay, however, due to circumstances beyond our control, we arrived a day late - our room wasn't ready (?) and then they sent us to a room under construction (?). I requested bath robes twice and then only one arrived. Beautiful rooms, well maintained, lovely staff and very comfortable bed. I enjoyed watching the various weddings that occurred and the ability to be able to join in at the other resorts May 26, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by This hotel can do better Potentially an excellent facility with great outlook, but overpriced for what you get. Let down by many little things that shouldnt happen, such as lack of maintenance of some items in room, incorrect towels left in bathroom, wire door in bad repair, no shade on ceiling light, etc. Food overall a let down and very pricy. Hotel catering for families at expense of quiet enjoyment for couples May 26, 2014

Enjoyed the beautiful views from our studio room and layout of the main entrance. Loved the bula bus and looking at the gardens as passing. This was our eighth stay at this amazing resort. Rated 5 out of 5 by Fiji Staff our outstanding It feels like returning to a friends holiday home the staff are so friendly and the small but great improvements around the resorts are great. Kids meals coming quicker and more varied meals were great. Staff recognising returning visitors is outstanding. Our bags were delayed but the Hotel staff sorted all of this out for us with no fuss. Rated 5 out of 5 by Toddlers We went with our 3 & 1 year old and noticed you didn't have plastic cutlery for kids or plastic cups to make it easier on them. The meals are great for an adult but I still think that kids menus should be revisited to look kid friendly as well and have simple options available. Their could be an indoor play centre and you could have staff help parents with toddlers at meal times...in order to help with the feeding and then entertain them while adults eat. Ipads are a great way to entertain kids...if planes have them, hotels could have them as well for kids to use and return. July 3, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by welcome to Fiji We had the most awesome stay and will recommend to all our friends and family. The rooms are lovely, the hotel is so welcoming and has the lovest entrance and wonderful shops. The food is unbelieveable and the surrounds most relaxing and really fab that you can walk into other resorts cose by. I especially love the people of Fiji and the staff at the Sheraton are beautiful and welcome you like family. Thankyou for making our holiday the best we have ever had x June 28, 2012

We are going home today..just wanted to post this for all to see....this has been our best holiday in Fiji ever (5th time) first time at the Sheraton and the whole experience has been brilliant! The location,the facilities and most especially the staff , from the front of house to housekeeping to ground staff security and everyone in the restaurants and around the resort have been so friendly and efficient...Fiji time at warp speed ...they all care and represent the Resort with extreme professionalism and are indeed in the " hospitality" industry!! Rated 5 out of 5 by Staff, Golf all the facilities The Sheraton FIJI was a so good even the 2nd time around. It is a great place to getaway, we loved Golf, the pools, day trips, however the staff make it that much better than most hotels because they are all so warm and friendly. Soo good. Thanks again. Rated 1 out of 5 by No great features Unfortunately we were met with Cyclone Evan which rendered the pool, sea activities impossible to use. We had 2 days with no air conditioning with limited power in our room. Hotel needs to upgrade its generators.when we observed other hotels in the area had better faciilities in operation as they had generators sixed to suit. Our holiday was not a pleasant one and we had to sleep in our room that was above 32 deg with no fan or ac in operation. Hotel did not try to make our stay any better. We asked to move rooms but they were unwilling until i complained and was about to move out of the hotel to another hotel. They then only gave us another room, strangly this had air conditioning?. Rated 2 out of 5 by The room Air Condition is way too noisy The resort and staff are very good. The only reason I will not stay or recommend Sheraton Denarau is because the room A/C is so loud the 2nd night we turned it off and left the balcony door open and locked the screen but felt uncomfortable having the door open therefore could not sleep. The refrig control was broken, main door dead bolt does not work, clock not working, ice bucket leaking bcs of a crack in it. We had to call for room amenities as there was none (towels, bar soap). Rated 1 out of 5 by This Hotel is Shabby The foyer may look like a up market shopping plaza, but the rooms are shabby. Dreary painted walls. Smelly shower, noisy and smelly aircon and constant running water in the air con cavity wall. Meals are outrageously priced, the fruit juices come out of plastic bottles!!! while staff are rude on most occasions. Like dealing with our staff in Australia. I came back exhausted. I also think staff were entering our room in the evenings when we were out. We always left a light on and on our return it was off. This happened three times. Oh and unruly kids running around at breakfast, which in itself was terrible. The pool is like a council pool with shouting, bombing etc. and very little seating to accommodate the numbers .Don't put yourself through it. Go to Far North Queensland instead. April 27, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Sheraton say no more Excellent facility but the real assett is the staff. Arrived early morning (6.30am) knowing that check-in was not until 3pm but every effort was made by the check in staff to make rooms available (3 rooms were booked). One room was made available immediately with the balance by mid morning which was very much appreciated. Staff everywhere around the resort were very attentive and exceptionally pleasant (but not false) which is a credit to them and the training they receive. I have stayed at Sheratons many times but I cannot remember a more pleasant stay due to the staff. Thank you once again. May 1, 2013
