Sheraton Diana Majestic is really fantastic. For me it has become more of a home then hotel.
Staff is amazing and always treat you like you are a friend.
I stay at hotels around the world all the time. But this is my absolute favorite hotel. Would never stay anywhere else in Milan.
And i highly recommend this place.

Guest intimicy at its best. I have been coming here for nearly 3 years now. It is by far the best SPG hotel when it comes to service and guest relations. This coupled with the charming property, the garden and proximity to airport/city center makes it a jewel. The best thing - they treat you like a king even if you are there for the first time (and even better when you come more!).

I have stayed at the hotel regularly over the past 5 years and would say all the staff at the Diana Majestic are second to none and I have stayed at many hotels across Europe and the US.
Their genuine attentiveness, ability to remember you and your preferences make you feel like a friend and part of their family and their willingness to always go the extra mile is both refreshing and appreciated....and long may it continue thank you!

Great hotel for both business and leisure. Very far from what one would except from a Sheraton.
Charming indoor garden and great setting outdoor for drinks, breakfast or dinner.
Some standard rooms are need of refreshment (though well kept). Suites are very nice.
Great staff from reception to room service.

This hotel is more orientated to local functions than guest orientated service. Imagine arriving on a Sunday afternoon after 28 hours of travelling and wanting to have a small lunch whilst waiting for your room to be available. Unbelievably the only option available is the "brunch" 43euro per person and ever so popular with the fashionable locals. It is simply not an option for any self respecting person to sit amongst this crowd wearing clothes that you have slept in for 28 hours ! So the solution is room service you might say .... No not possible if your room is not ready . Next problem once you settle into your room is the party that goes well into the morning with unacceptable noise levels . So your first day of business you are feeling pretty drab and so the week goes on because the party does not stop at the Sheraton Diana. The front of house staff are excellent and very accomodating but unfortunately the ethos of the hotel is not guest friendly . Back to the Westin for us next year .

THIS SHERATON IS GOOD LOCALITATION AND THE ROOM IS VERY SMALL ,OLD AND BAD.THE ATENTION OF PERSONAL IS PERFECT
