Rated 5 out of 5 by PAOVITALE First choice in Milan
I stayed at the Sheraton Diana for four months last year, and since then I always go back there as first choice everytime I am in Milan. The staff is very friendly and helpful in all the situations (checkin, checkout, informations, various support, breakfast). The hotel is clean and rooms are well designed and comfortable.
Wonderful breakfast, very convenient location in the city (close to good restaurants, shopping, bars, museums). I definitely recommend this hotel for all the kind of stayings.

Rated 2 out of 5 by MukieMukie my experience at Sheraton Diana Majestic
Good location. Large rooms. Staff responsive, friendly and helpful.
Hotel in dire need of improvement, state of rooms does not correspond to price range and standards, nothing has changed in many years there. Much overpriced for what it offers. Water stains on the wall in a junuor suite. Worst money for value experience for me ever.

The room was comfortable and the staff was very nice. I stayed with a friend and we went down to the H bar in the hotel for our first nights dinner... everything was great, especially the drinks... they have these speciality drinks that are just amazing... also my friend dropped her knife and fork and since we didn't see our server for awhile we thought that we might have to go up to the bar and ask for more silverware... within 30 seconds Vito (the host of the restaurant/bar) came with a new pair of silverware and basically took care of us from the start... he was very informative and just so warm and friendly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by LisaZar Not the Newest but one of the Nicest
After staying in a very small local hotel during the week for business, I was able to enjoy the Sheraton Diana Majestic for a weekend in Milan. From the friendly helpful greeting at the front desk, to the wonderful concierge and bell staff, the service was perfect. I had a wonderful room with a king sized bed and a balcony. The bed was comfortable and had plenty of pillows. The bathroom had a full sized tub and a shower. Everything was clean and welcoming. The hotel is older, but it is charming. I love historical places and this is a place that fit the bill. If you are looking for new, modern, state of the art, this is not the place. But if you want a nice hotel from which to explore Milan, I would recommend this one.
My one and only request would be that they add a quiet place away from the trendy "h" bar for travelers not so inclined to the bar scene. Perhaps just light snacks and espresso... just to catch a bite to eat without all of the excitement that goes on in the bar/restaurant..

Rated 5 out of 5 by BobW FRONT OFFICE MANAGER & CONCIERGE THE BEST
The Front Office Manager, Paolo Marroni, was the most helpful I've seen. I do White House and Congress press and when my US phone would not work, he walked me to the local phone store, translated the Italian for me, and made sure I had a working phone -- critical to my work. I would have been out of touch for a week without his intervention. He also made pre-arrangements for our having nicest room possible. Likewise Executive Concierge Dionisio Gabaldo made arrangements for my wife and me to see the Last Supper painting and the Duomo Cathedral in Milan and a train to spectacular, scenic Lake Como. The hotel is wonderfully personal and its staff, led by Paolo, is phenomenal.

As you walk in to the hotel the public areas look good and in particular the bar and restaurant space gives a modern appearance. Unfortunately the bedrooms are not modern and they need to be brought up to the same standard as the public areas. It can be difficult when you've spent money on the public areas to manage expectations of the whole experience. This was a one night stay and I was travelling light so needed to iron a shirt for the next day - when I enquired at reception they told me that they don't supply irons and instead the only option available to me was to pay. I travel extensively and have never had this before so not a great customer experience. When the shirt was ironed the slip in my room showed a 10 Euro charge but when I checked out this increased to 15 Euros and the explanation was that it was completed after 5PM. The hotel blamed the issue of not supplying irons on local law however when I've checked with 4 other hotels they all confirmed that supplying an iron would be no problem. Next time I travel to Milan I'll stay elsewhere..

The Hotel had the most perfect hospitality-
I have stayed in many wonderful hotels around the world but the Sheraton Diana Milano exceeded my expectations.
Nothing was an issue Paulo and the team looked after us and made my sisters birthday a very special time in Milan-
Breakfast/ Brunch was lovely in the hip restaurant and the Business centre was great with no hidden charges!
Thank you Sheraton Diana team!
