The moment we step on the grounds the staff, and team were very helpful and actually felt like they were glad to have us at this resort. I never felt pressure or any just a very warm and wonderful time.

I am baffled that for owners room cleaning is not offered each day or atleast every alternate day. the service given is only to change towels once a week. If you do not impress owners who can recommend new people for referral.
The washer dryer in the room is not of a great quality.
I just wonder why the hotel must charge .75c to print one page. Why must one pay for Internet at the business desk when it is free in the resort. It just appears very mediocre and not befitting a hotel of this stature. when you are paying so much for membership I am sure a few of these things must be thrown in as complimentary.
You have to make a separate card for this, pay ahead of time,( will not gve any change back). The card that I made had some money on it and it would'nt come out. I spoke to the Reception and they asked me to call a number..... I am supposed to call and get a credit for this...... No attention to details. I was left fuming and of course getting a feeling that I was getting ripped out.
As I said there is no attention given to the fine details. I just did not feel welcome at all.

We have stayed at Sheraton Vistana Villages five times over the past four years and enjoyed each and every stay. The resort is immaculately maintained and the rooms are excellent.
What is unique about some of the rooms is the peaceful and quiet surroundings amidst all the hustle and bustle of a resort.
The General Manager and his staff should be commended for the fine job that they do to make the guest experience a highly memorable one.
We consider it to be a home away from home and would not hesitate to stay here again.

I wade reservation by phone while driving, I was never told it was a Time share Condo type properties as I hate those! I just asked SPG RESERVATIONIST FOR QUIET BUT NICEST HOTEL CHAIN HAD IN ORLANDO AREA! She sent me here. Every owner is a Automatic Gold member so No even thought of recognizing Gold or higher SPG members! Checkin staff was nice but one staff member I asked for directions ruined my stay by loudly telling me she was closed can't I read? Plus, not Quiet. Near everything and nice rooms but not being told it as a timeshare, not being acknowledged as a member and RUDE STAFF WITH CLOSED SIGN ONLY BEING ASKED TO POINT DIRECTION, Totally ruined stay and my impression of hotel!!

We have been here several times as owners and our two boys, 10 and 8 absolutely love it. Spacious suites, beautiful grounds, amazing pools, and lots of stuff to do! Close to Int'l Drive and theme parks makes for a great stay. Staff was courteous and responsive, the only glitch was the second suite we requested next to the first, but ended up one floor apart at least near the elevator. Otherwise a great stay with my wife's parents! This place blows a regular hotel room out of the water!

Came from the UK, Stayed for 2 weeks and didn't want to leave ! Brilliant hotel, they have thought of everything even down to free board games to hire on a rainy day. We stayed in a beautiful 2 bedroom apt in St Augustine block but all areas looked lovely. I am a travel agent and I will be recommending this hotel to every customer I get as it suits couples & families, old and young. Absolutely faultless.

I am a starwood employee, however, I would HIGHLY reccommend your property to all friends and family on their own traveling to Florida! The hotel exceeded my expectations, the rooms were spacious and nicely decorated, the kids loved the pools, especially the water slide, I enjoyed the balcony, thought it was great that it was screened it. I honestly couldnt have been happier! Will reccommend it to everyone! and hope to come again!

I checked out with cash, and after week, the deposit held on my credit card had not been released. I have been stayed with to a lot places, and the deposit is always released right after I checked out.
I called back quite a few times but the issue was never resolved: the first time I was told I should wait for a few more days; the second time I was told the person who entered the transaction would call me but it never happened; the third time I was told my inquiry would be forwarded to Research Department and I should wait for another 7 to 10 business days.
After I paid the rent, no one there cares what happened to me.

We have been coming back to Sheraton Vistana Villages in Orlando for three years in a row and love it! The staff is amazing...especially Mike in Activities. He is wonderful with the kids and the kids ask for him. This is a great place to come and relax or spend time between attractions.

This place is gorgeous! Great location as well. We had a 1 bedroom with a king size bed. The bed was so comfy. We did the sales pitch and it wasn't too bad until the sales manager stepped in. She was extremely rude and made us feel uncomfortable. She was a bit snobby as well. Other than that everyone else was nice and accommodating. Would stay there again.

Our stay from start to finish was the worst experience we have ever had at a resort hotel. There are so many items that went wrong for us and I am not going to type it all out, but to summarize... The staff is more worried about educating you on what you can't do or have. Our room, although updated recently, was uncomfortable (furnishings), the lighting especially in the bathroom is very poor, every time someone above or beside us used the toilet or flushed it or a kitchen chair was moved you could hear it. We received multiple sales calls in the morning and in the evening about viewing/buying property even though we specifically told them at check in that we were not interested (we booked a hotel stay and not an SPG owner stay). If you are a couple looking to relax and enjoy the pools, you can forget it with this resort. We tried to enjoy the adult (quiet) pool but to no avail as there were children constantly running in and out to see their parents. If you are a family with children and are not looking to relax and get some sleep, then you'll do okay here, but there is no way we'll ever stay there again. I will take ownership of not thinking through staying so close to Disney, when Disney was not on our agenda, we were just looking to get away and enjoy a nice resort.

I rented three 2 bedroom villas for a total of 10 people. Everyone was very comfortable in their large villa. The villas were clean and roomy. The pool was wonderful. This was strictly a "relaxation" trip and the hotel delivered that! The staff at check in was very accommodating. This was my third stay but won't be my last! Great Hotel!!!

The first impression of the hotel was good. As we came to our room we found:
Stains on th sofa, two filthy bathrooms,
the entire furniture was old and outdated.
As I complaint at the reception about that the receiptionist offered me to change the room for an additional fee of 45$!
I can´t recommend the hotel

Key did not work and staff told me I had to wait 20-30 minutes at night time in front of my room while they called security. Shameful. I told them I would like to speak to manager...this was unacceptable. Staff member said you are wasting your own time on the phone, so hang up the phone so I can call security...and do it now...
Shameful...who speaks to someone like that...also, never during my stay was my platinum status recognized. The worst place I have stayed in years.

We had a lovely time at this hotel. The villas were very well stocked and very comfortable. The pool area is lovely. When it starts to storm, they close the pool for safety reasons. However, they do not re-open the pool fast enough once the storm passes. Even with that, I recommend this hotel.

employee has so rued to customer and even customer ready for orders but employee had talk with cell-phone and other employees , they didn't help until we ask name .....her naame is " Nancy" she need either tranning again or back to Mcdonald....

Stayed here last minute and wished we had booked more time. One bedroom unit with full kitchen, laundry and balcony-screened. Very friendly staff both at the front desk and on the grounds. Would absolutely stay here again. Close to the Parks. Easy to get oriented to the area.

Seemed like a nice hotel when we checked it out on line. OMG!!! When we got there....... Unfriendly staff. Dirty rooms. Front desk staff was RUDE and uncooperative.
Overall, very UNPLEASANT experience.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE.

We had a 2-bdrm suite for 5 days that more than satisfied the needs of our family of 3 adults and 2 children. Though we didn't spend a lot of time on the grounds, we did have one "off" day in our schedule, which was used to enjoy the various swimming pools and the on-site restaurant. Even though check-out time is 10 AM, we were permitted to stay on the grounds, swim, lounge, and shower in the bath house until our flight time in the afternoon.
I'd read about how aggressive the sales staff could be in trying to sell you a time share, but that was not my experience. We were given the option to attend a meeting, and got a follow-up call about it, but once I said that I was not interested, no one ever mentioned it again.

This was our second time visiting the Vistana I-Drive property. The resort exceeded our expectations. Our 2-bedroom villa had plenty of space and all the comforts of home. The pools had plenty of activities for our children. Do not miss the Friday night Pirate Party at the St. Augustiine pool! We will be back in June to celebrate our youngest daughter's birthday! I highly recommend this property to those who have small children! The only downfall is that checkout is at 10:00 a.m. I did request late checkout and the allowed us to stay until 12:00.

First, I arrived on the next day of my reservation and my room was sold to someone else without any communication with me. I was given instead 2 rooms at a lower rated building.
Second, the waiting time for checking in and out was over half an hour, even being the next in line.
Third, the housekeeper missed one of the two rooms assigned to us on the two days we stayed. We thought the first day was an error, but it did happened again.
Forth, the Village is great same as the services you have, but didn't work this time, sorry.

i like the room since we got upgraded but the staff was not that helpful or friendly. the jetted tub was great but only if we did not see a hair left over. Staffs were short to answer my questions or requests as if they wanna get rid of me and there no SPG gold/platinum line at check-in so I waited for awhile. Internet was down and our room was far away from the main lobby. the staff gave us the number of the provider instead of doing it for us at mid night . Overall it is a great place to stay but you might have better luck at reception.

Highly recommend as a place to take your family to enjoy the comforts away from home. There is always something to do here rain or shine. I found no issues with the staff – they were very attentive to my requests. Reading some of these negative posts made me laugh in disbelief. I’m not an owner but surely was treated like one. The property is very clean – although there is some construction going on to renovate one of the buildings the grounds are well kept.
To the management – keep up the good work. Only one suggestion – is there a way to control the flying bugs. Before the EPA or some other group goes after me. I didn’t say kill or trap – perhaps there is a natural way to control them. Albeit its Orlando in the summer – I get.
Enjoyed my stay – see you next year.
