Rated 5 out of 5 by Geri13 Great accomodations
Location was excellent, easy directions were provided just 6 miles from Disney and 10 miles from Universal. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Loved the Premium one Bedroom Villa, beautiful view of lake from our Terrace.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Karl51 Poor quality
I'll start with the fact that we abandoned the room one day early and didn't look back, didn't attempt a refund - and they expected us to be interested enough to buy into it ? The solicitation began before we had even seen our room - looked good on the surface - a closer look reviled several shortcomings - used comforter stuffed into a bag on the kitchen counter, palmetto bud in bath area, shower head was worthless (20 min shower), edge of kitchen table had dried food almost all the way around it, the silverware was dirty - knives had food in the teeth, what looked like fecal matter on the wall of the patio, the bed was unfinished - pillows on chair, last straw. All we got was a pretty room. Gave list to checkout gal who was concerned but if this is how the property is maintained - count us out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Barry576 Very pleasantly surprised at all the features
We arrived in the middle of an horrendous thunderstorm and were very pleasantly surprised to find such great quality accommodation awaiting us. All the staff went out of their way to make us feel at home. The beds are supremely comfortable - wish I could get them at home in Perth, Western Australia!

Rated 5 out of 5 by artemis927 Great for cruising
My boyfriend and I love cruising through DCL out of Port Canaveral and like to get away in the winter months. We usually fly down the day before the cruise sets sail and stay at the Vistana Villages.
We love this resort because the rooms are on the affordable side and we can get a night of rest and relaxation (we always request a jacuzzi room) before we head out on the cruise.
We've arrived as late as eleven at night one time and the reception staff was ready and available to check us in. The pool was open until midnight so they even gave us towels so we could go relax pool side.

Rated 5 out of 5 by FamlyofSix Perfect Offsite Hotel
This was our first time traveling to Disney World, and with a family of 6 - our options of staying at Disney were limited. We weren't sure what to expect from this resort - let me tell you, we were absolutely blown away by how great this resort was. A great family friendly resort with easy access to all the parks (Disney, SeaWorld, Universal). The pools at the hotel were large enough for all the guests, with multiple pool locations on the property to choose from (such as the big pool or the the kids pools). The property has small lakes and streams full of fish between the buildings, it's kept remarkably clean and everything was in good repair. The pirate ship pool also has a small water slide and the kids loved both! Our kids spent hours going from the water slide at the pool to the pirate ship and back again. Everyone who works here, from front desk to the cleaning crew, were friendly, welcoming and great to work with. The rooms are large, plenty of room for everyone and the convenience of having a washer/dryer in the room was perfect. First time traveling back with a suitcase full of clean clothes! Full kitchen amenities, close to grocery stores, very close to the parks, great food options in the area, adult beverages served cold by the pools and a resort that welcomes you home every day - what could be better! This was a great experience. If you're traveling with a family, or even just a romantic getaway, this is a great off-site location. Highly recommended. I hope this helps you with your selection if you're on the fence. Enjoy your trip!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Janee27 Welcome Breakfast/ Housekeeping
We were asked to come to a Welcome Breakfast upon our arrival but we already knew that it's not really a welcome but just to ask us to consider upgrading our ownership. We knew about this because we went to one in Sheraton Plantation in Myrtle Beach and that's what we encountered. All I am saying is that let the people relax and enjoy their vacation and don't push them to attend sessions like this. The housekeeping wasn't done properly as well--- we're not sure what is involved in housekeeping but our unit wasn't vacuumed at all and the toilet sinks and bathrooms weren't cleaned and not enough towels were given to us. The bedsheets weren't changed during our 9 days of stay. It was a big disappointment.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Malcolm What an Amazing Hotel
This resort was one of the best Sheratons I have ever stayed at. We came for 2 nights for New Years 2011. The location of the resort was in reach of every major Theme Park including (Sea World, Disney World, and Universal Studios). The staff is really nice. And the very spacious rooms in the Key West Phase were amazing! You can also have endless fun at all of their pools. I also like that there is a guard at the entrance 24/7 so only the people staying at the hotel can get in. The only cons were that the wi-fi wouldn't work because they don't have a close enough hotspot and that they don't allow pets. Other than that, everything was fantastic! I can't wait to come back in the Spring!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Shaun93 Perfect place to have a vacation
Our family really had a great time at this place. Friendly staffs and awesome pools. We were so glad that my kids loved it there too except timeshare presentation in last day.
When we checked in, a staff told us that Sheraton provided us with free breakfast on checked-out date. It was at 10 pm. so we skipped our breakfast we had prepared and visited to have a breakfast with our kids, but it turned out that it was a place for timeshare sales. The sales guys told us that it took 90 min's but we told him that we had to check out before noon so he could finish almost for 60 min's. It made us packed in a hurry for checking out.
Other than that, we were very satisfied.
