Lucas, the front desk agent was phenomenal. Apparently, I "reserved" the wrong date, drove through white-out snow storm to arrive and got a ticket in Vermont on the way to the hotel. Lucas was the bright spot that fixed everything -- from ensuring that all would be well with my stay to telling me he was putting me in his favorite room with a sunrise over the mountains and finer amenities in my room. He made me feel special and at home. I really appreciated that and the sunrise over the mountains was SPECTACULAR! Thank you!

The staff was amazing and very helpful... My son had to be admiited to the hospital and the hotel is less than a mile away. I came in from New York to see him, it was quite serious. I didn't have time to shop for hotels and negotiate a better rate. The staff at the Sheraton made it so easy for me to book a room and provided shuttle servie to the hospital. They all were so understanding and that taht evening asked how my son was doing. Thank you so much for the hospitality and wonderful room!!! It let me focus on my son.

Rated 1 out of 5 by DavidZeng WORST HOTEL STAY IN MY LIFE
I stayed at some bad service Sheratons. THIS ONE? THE WORST! There is a reason this hotel only got 50% recommend and a lot of 2 and 1 points score review.
I booked this hotel in Club level King bed. When I drove 300 miles in country road from Portland to get here. I was told the room type even the bed type was not available! OK, not your fault, I booked really late, I can understand. The the front desk arranged me a room 216 with access to Club lounge and free Internet. When I try to find my room, it was located in the farthest part of the second floor and it was blocked by a renovation site. It took me like 10 mins and after asking for a house maid, I finally found my room, which is quite close to the vending machine, what's worse, the room was old and smelly!! I went back to the front desk and ask to change my room. The staff was not happy and I try my best to stay clam. The I was put to 200. Which was claimed to be far away from vending machine! Wow, now it was next door to the storage room. What a great room! The next morning. I tried to go to the Club to get some breakfast. Only found my room key was not allowed to enter the club! Oh, great! Then after packing my stuff. I went for the check out. The check out staff was even worse!!!! He only used one Word :
"Zeng?" Yeah, that is it!! Even without a Mr. or even a good bye. Ok. I thought this was a Sheraton, a SPG property. You treat a Gold member like this!? Even the motel staff was better than you guys!!! RUDE! CARELESS! NOT EVEN SHOW A LITTLE CARE TO YOUR GUESTS! WHEN MY ROOM WAS NOT AVAILABLE. NOT EVEN A SORRY. PROMISED ClUB ACCESS, YOU FORGOT IT AFTER MY ROOM CHANGE. OH YEAH, THEN JUST SAY MY LAST NAME TO CHECK OUT A GUEST?! I HAVE NO WORD FOR YOU! I'd rather throw my SPG card to the garbage and never visit a SPG property after this stay.

The Club was really bad in terms of service. Always had to request for something. breakfast and evening missing a lot of food, even had to request sugar. Nothing else than soda for kids. Seriously the service at the club was one of the worst have ever add. Looks like the guys in charge did not care about nothing and also like ''you bored me with your request for something'' sic !!!!! Kind of cheap management that you always take an arm for savings. Other point was ok, but really a taste of....I'm not sure about the service level for Club Level

The shower curtain rod was dangling. Little to no information about the hotel services in the room. It did not meet my expectations even for a hotel undergoing renovations for the price paid.

Rated 2 out of 5 by unhappy214 very disappointed!
reserved a room with two double beds. when we arrived were told double bedded rooms were no longer available and only option we had were king bed with a pullout couch. could we have contacted me so that I could have made other arrangements? travelling with a 18year old son, sleeping with his Mom and Dad? First room that we were given, sheets were very wrinkly and terribly made second room looked like it had not been vacuumed. We had stayed at this Sheraton before and were planning to return since our son will be attending college there but we may have to make other arrangements and stay at another hotel.

The hotel needs updating of the carpet throughout and rooms. Also a coat of paint would be nice. Lastly there were trays of food left in the hallway outside guest rooms for a long period

Rated 1 out of 5 by Jackie127 Disappointing stay
Our stay at the Sheraton was very disappointing. Upon arrival, our guaranteed room was no longer available due to overbooking. At 9pm with no other options, we accepted a room with one bed and a pull-out sofa. My daughter complained the entire next day of back pain during her visit to University of Vermont. To top it off, our breakfast was served only after notifying the servers that we had waited almost 30 minutes while other guests had arrived, dined, and departed. As a business traveler, I understand that things dont always go as planned. But there is no excuse for forcing a guest to sleep on a pull-out couch because the hotel made a mistake.
