We had a conference held in the downstairs conference room. The temperature was either too cool, or too warm. In addition, there was an unpleasant aroma in the room.
The hotel room however was comfortable and clean. I wish there was a hot tub facility available.

-the room was cold
-the toilet did not flush
-it smells chlorine in the room
-the direct acces to the pool was locked
-if your room is near the pool, you wont be able to sleep in the morning, it is REALLY echo, it is as if the people in the pool are in your room!

This hotel had everything we needed for a longer stay. We stayed on the club floor and had easy access to a quick friendly breakfast and early coffee. Tea and snacks available late in the afternoon. The room was clean and the beds and linens very comfy.

The hotel worked our great for us as we had to be at Fletcher Allen Hospital everyday from early morning to the evening. The shuttle service was great, fast and from door to door without a problem.
The restaurant was ok but they need to do more with the menu.

Check in and check out process was quick and efficient. However, there was no mentiin of the hotel facilities or dining choices. Also room did not have shower cap in the bathroom or cups. towels and bedding looked pristine and up to par with higher end hotels.

Our room #113 had problems which kept us up much of the night. Someone had programmed the clock to go off at 2:22AM and then again around 4:30 am. Then the toilet ran. This ttok away from the enjoyment of our stay and made our next day travel much more tiring.

The club floor room i was given clearly is in need of a facelift; the screens on the windows are either missing or bent out. Upon arriving at the room at around 5PM, there was a large bag of garbage outside my room from the days cleanings apparently. When entering the room it appeared as though the room was cleaned yet not put back together; drawers not pushed in, table pushed to the side, etc. I was looking for local information and called the front desk, the phone rang no less then 20 times, NO Answer. I called back on the guest services line, the phone rang 4 times, was picked up and hung up. I walked down to the front desk and asked where the guest services line would be ringing to, and the asst. manager said here. The tall guy working behind the desk looked over, said he was busy at the time i called; so, one does not answer the phone, or picks up the phone and hangs up. I am not sure why the hotel appears to be run down with the business that it does at that location; i would hope that changes are slated for the near term.

I enjoy the ease in moving from one location in the hotel to another. The halls and access ways are an extension of your living room, providing comfortable spaces to socialize. The pub also offers an at-home feel, encouraging conversation and engagement.

I was able to use the hotel's complimentary transportation to travel to and from the airport, as well as to a downtown location. The hotel was clean, the staff were courteous and friendly, and the restaurant was solid (acceptable food and great service).

Just not what the pictures and description show and mention on the website. The lobby/pool/fitness/restaurant area has been renovated and maybe the SPG rooms are better but the others are in dire need of renovation. Not the Sheraton that I thought of.

Stayed here for a week during fall. Have a friendly staff. Rooms were well maintained and kept clean. Most amenities met my expectations. The only thing that was below expectation was the internet speed in the room. Overall had a very good experience.

We booked our room 6 months ago...requested 2 double beds (2 kids, 2 adults staying)... When we checked in we were informed that because of flooding, they were overbooked and there were no rooms with 2 double beds. They gave us a king size bed with a pull-out couch bed.. If you have ever slept on that--it is NOT comfortable. The kids ended up sleeping in our bed all three nights, which is not fun or ideal. They did give us access to the club lounge for breakfast, but I would have much rathered having two beds that you could actually sleep in! Also, when we checked in, the air conditioning unit in our room was broken.. they did send someone to fix it. He was very nice, but it was 10:30pm by the time it was fixed. And our room was on the back side of the building...with no easy way to get to it. Needed to take the elevator to 4th floor, walk down a hallway, go through doors, walk through another set of doors and hallway just to get to the hallway where room was located. Must have taken 10 minutes just to get to room. Hard with children!

The room was clean but walking down the hall towards the room it wreaked of smoke and it was very noisy at night and difficult to sleep. Someone across the hall had snuck in their dog which barked through the night. The beds were comfortable though.

The hotel is right off the highway, so it is convenient to get to and easy to find. The fireplace in the lobby is a nice touch. The rooms are, however, in need of renovation, and the hallways are too long and convoluted to navigate.

The rooms are fine, but need some updating. The towels in the bathroom are very thin and scratchy. I stay here regularly, and many of the rooms have had their closet doors removed, leaving and odd atmosphere and no full length mirrors available.

As a renovated hotel, they've done many things to give it an updated look. Rooms are clean. Bathrooms are very small. Not what you would expect for a Sheraton, but not bad.
Service in the restaurant was excruciatingly slow. Very understaffed.

Not up to standards that I was used to for the SPG chain. Room was very tiny with water stains on the roof. Hallways had soiled rugs and ceiling was falling off. No hot tub and a very limited area for working out. Not what i was expecting.

This hotel was due to undergo renovations when we arrived, and this was not made aware to us at the time of booking.The carpet was torn and the shower bracket was loose in the bathroom. I did not think it was good value for money.

Complimentary upgrade made the trip all the better. Nice room on the 4th floor. Really liked the continental breakfast. Nothing is worse than having to arise extra early to scavenge the countryside looking for a place to get a light bite.

I found the room and facilities to be very nice. I was very disappointed to find that Wi-fi service was only available for an extra fee. I do not travel, often, but will be certain to ask if Wi-fi service is included before I book a room.

The ceiling tiles in the room outside the bathroom were replaced with poorly applied foam core around which was a water stain. The room smelled musty and the window did not open.
Also, the beds were very soft and sank in the middle.

One of my favorite things about this hotel was having a hot tub to soak in after a long day out in the cold. I am bummed you got rid of it to expand your gym! Hopefully with the upcoming renovations, you find a way to bring this back!!

The rooms were awful. The first one they gave us, did not lock properly. In the next one, the air conditioner did not work. The third room, which we ended up staying in, the toilets did not flush properly. We were very disappointed.

The pool seem to have a lot more clorine in it than necessary. My son and I both got a stinging redness from the pool. Every thing else was wonderful! We will definitely be returning. My other son goes to school at UVM. Thanks again.

I found this location to be out of step with Sheraton Hotels and overall, a disappointment. Right from the time of my arrival mid-afternoon, the hall leading to my room was littered with dirty dishes and towels. Getting settled into the room to work for a while, I found there was not free internet and oddly enough, no easily accessible power outlet for the laptop. $10/day on web access later, I began working, only to have it continually disrupted by bad wireless connectivity. Decided to take a break from the frustration of connectivity and order room service. No answer on the dedicated room button... no answer on dialing the number directly. After 4 attempts in total, I left the hotel to seek food elsewhere. Overall, the room was in rough shape. Wallpaper peeling, bathroom wood veneer lifting and mould on the bathroom ceiling. Room service wouldn't top up the toilet paper, towles or sugar for the coffee maker. As a regular traveler, Sheraton properties have not been my first choice & with issues such as these it is unlikely they will be in the near future.

I need to start, the staff here is excellent. Alex in maintenance became my best friend.
3 day stay, on arrival, batteries in thermostat were dead. Later a TV issue that I ignored the first night. Around midnight, I was ready to turn in, I found I had 4 feather pillows instead of the typical 2 feather/2 non feather? Called the FD and told the property switched to all feather about a year ago? Really, why was that not on the website? Asked how I could get 2 non feather pillows, FD told me I could buy some in the morning? NOW, the FD DID make this right. I spoke in the AM to Alicia, the FD manager who handled this immediately above and beyond. My second night I still had TV issues. The standard CBS/NBC/ABC channels were not working. Alex visited again, could not get to work, Calls were placed to lodgenet and no issue could be found. This persisted until the next night when it was found to be the splitter for the signal.
The lounge staff were great. My only concerns was lack of a hot item at breakfast
All in all, a nice property, due for a refurb, but comfy

You should invest into upgrading your rooms more because you are a SHERATON!

While the staff members in the club lounge were very friendly and helpful, the front desk agent apparently thought I was lying about breakfast! When I went to the front desk, taking a break from a day long conference at the hotel,to check out, I was told that my $35 breakfast in G's restaurant had been added to my bill. When I said I had not eaten in the restaurant, I was asked where I had eaten, what I had had for breakfast, and was asked that twice! When I told the agent that I was on the club level and breakfast is available in the lounge, I was asked again what I had eaten in the lounge! It was rather embarassing and insulting to be questioned about an item on the bill for which I was not responsible. I wanted to say to him -- why would I go all the way down to G's for a $35 breakfast when I can go across the hall and sit quietly in the lounge and enjoy a decent breakfast as part of my room rate? So...I'm not very happy with that part of my stay. The conference section was superb and all the staff there were extremely helpful and courteous and professional.

In dealing with the staff during check in and at other times during my stay the staff were always helpful and considerate. Two of the staff were very helpful and I left a comment card to that effect prior to my departure.

Hotel nicer than expected. Staff was courteous and friendly. Ate at restaurant. Service was good but food could be better. Husband ordered mac & cheese it lacked flavor. Cheese in onion soup was hard and flavor was odd. .
