Enjoyed a fantastic 3-day, 2-night stay. The amenities from the pool to the business center and the relaxing and comfortable areas to sit and read, watch a big screen TV or check emails made the hotel a welcoming place to unwind. The staff is OUTSTANDING. Professional and personable, everyone attended to all requests promptly and, really, always with a smile.
A short walk to The University of Vermont and Champlain College and easy access to and from I-89 make the Sheraton Burlington's location a perfect place to stay.

The front desk staff was memorable checking in and out! So friendly and helpful. The shuttle drivers were very informative. (Dan literally has a nearby street named after him!)
This hotel should have an extra quality star. Do they need to clean a couple of smudges on the walls? While somewhat dated in design, it is very well maintained, and comes off just a bit retro. The room was very quiet, clean, and comfortable. I wish I could have stayed longer.

The Sheraton in Burlington VT is great hotel in a great location. Ease of getting to the major expressway and roads was fabulous! My family and I enjoyed our stay.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Palmcat A lot of positives, a few negatives
The pillow top beds were heavenly. The staff was outstanding, brought us remote batteries within 5 minutes, even dropped us off at the rental car place when Thrifty didn't show up.
Negatives: The hotel could use a makeover, carpets worn, shabby on steps and carpet in room not in good shape. No bathroom fan which I would've expected in Sheridan. No continental breakfast but we knew that going in.All in all a good stay.

We were here for 5 days for a conference recently. I thought the hotel was great for the conference. There was lots of room to meet and greet people and the meeting rooms were nice. My grandson loved the pool as well. We were on the club floor so we were able to use a small room for breakfast in the morning. Linda was in charge of the room and she was awesome!! She was the friendliest and most personable staff member ever!! She also stocked the room with snacks during the day and soda and water in the fridge. It was a nice place to go for a break. The one negative was that on day one I complained that the bed skirt was dirty so I asked that it be changed. The front desk made a note of it and said it would be taken care of. It never was. But overall, we had a great time!

Arrived at the Sheraton around 9:30pm without a reservation. We were greeted by a very pleasant reservations clerk and were able to get a room. The room was very very nice. It was quite large with a king bed and a sofa in a sitting area. The bathroom was large with all the necessities, and the shower was great with a good amount of water pressure. The Bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. Slept really well.
The restaurant was still serving when we arrived so we had a meal and some cold beers. Food was delicious and the beers ice cold.
Breakfast is included for an extra $4 and was very good, bacon, sausage,eggs, etc.
Our room was on the second floor facing into the atrium which housed the restaurant, breakfast area, and the pool. Surprisingly our room was quiet and we heard no noise from the atrium.
Parking was included and we were able to park in section C which house the elevator to our room. Perfect location.

We were greeted and registered by Shelby at the front desk very promptly, professionally and courteously. She was warm, friendly and welcoming. Our Club Level room was neat and clean as well as very comfortable. It was a pleasure to come back to after a busy day around town. Breakfast in the Club Lounge is a pleasant experience thanks to Paulette, who brings a friendly smile, gracious service and pleasant conversation, if desired. We definitely will highly recommend the Sheraton Burlington to friends and travel acquaintances.

Paulette, the Club lounge manager, treated us so well during our recent stay. She was personable and helpful in guiding us about what to do in the area. She kept the lounge immaculate and well-stocked. She contributed to making our Sheraton experience a very positive one.
