Rated 5 out of 5 by This hotel has beautiful features This is a very well appointed hotel that is meticulously maintained. My room was spotless as was the dining room which is much appreciated. Check in was smooth and friendly. I would definitely stay here again. September 12, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Mostly good value for price We've stayed at this hotel for several years multiple times a year and for most part are satisfied with accommodation. We've noticed during last year or so that hotel seems to be slipping to condition that it was in 5 - 6 years ago. Examples are, Carpets are badly discolored and stained, taps in sinks do not have much control over hot and cold demands, shower heads leaking, shower rod just barely hanging on and in need of repair. The staff and service of hotel however are terrific and make stay a much better place. Will continue with our stays and trust few of the needed upgrades will be tended to. August 27, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Comfortable stay Enjoyed our stay, thanks for the platinum upgrade, attentive front desk staff and housekeeping, club lounge needs a little attention, room carpets need to be cleaned better. Other than that, couldn't ask for a better stay, will definitely be back! September 3, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by The Front Desk staff are very compassionate After being assigned an unacceptable quality of room (excessively stained carpets and soap stained bathroom countertops) the front desk staff member was empathetic to us and immeditaely upgraded us to the 21st floor. Got club room upgrade and the lounge was simple yet offered what is needed for the day (cold breakfast) Close to a shopping mall which is a huge plus. August 23, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Our 3 day, 2 night stay - was just OK We were pleasantly greeted at the front desk and they acknowledged our Gold SPG status but that's almost where it ended. General room guests were all floors below 11, SPG Preferred floors were 12-17, and SPG Club floors were 18-21. Our room was 1211 on the first /lowest SPG Preferred floor. The ice machine was broken for our entire stay and by the sign taped to it, it had been broken for some time. This was just and inconvenience to always to up or down 2 floors for ice. Our room faced the mall and parking lot - not the pretty mountain view as on the website. The room was tired and dated and definite in need of an update from the stained carpets to scuffed walls, and scratched and dented furniture. Our floor also had 4 or more rooms of guests travelling together all scattered up and down the floor - this was annoying to anyone else on the floor listening to them and the children running from room to room until 11:30 pm the first night and again in the morning. We booked the room with breakfast included so we ate the Buffet Breakfast in the lobby restaurant each morning. The food was your standard fare nothing above or below what you would expect. However, the menu did not change daily which leaves things unimaginable for 2 mornings let alone if you were there longer. Additionally, I was not happy with the weekend hours. To take advantage of our pre-purchased breakfast, I need to be up too early. The voucher stated breakfast ended at 9 am making us arrive around 8:15 to eat so we didn't feel rushed. That's NOT guest friendly for a weekend!!! Would forgo this next time and just find other options on my timeline instead of waking up so early on the hotels unreasonable weekend timeline. I must say, I was a little disappointed by my stay here given we went out of our way to use an SPG property. Would forgo the extra drive and use something closer to the focus of my visit to the area.
