my stay was very comfortable, But my expectations were not met. I booked the room from hotel reservations and was sold on a balcony suite by the operator and was guaranteed a room overlooking the LA CO Fair. I invited some very important clients for cocktails to enjoy the view overlooking the fair. I arrived 3 hrs. early just incase my early check in request was confirmed. It was not (understandable) And the time I waited I reminded the staff several times about my request for the balcony suite overlooking the fair they assured no problem when my room was ready I arrived to find it was not overlooking the fair it was over looking a smoggy hillside I was very embarrassed when my clients arrived and saw the disappointed look on their faces

This was our first experience with Sheraton and we loved every minute of it. We came for the LACO Fair experience, spending two days at the Fairplex Sheraton; we're getting older and need naps - we get tired easily-lol. We had two suites which were wonderful, the beds very comfortable, the hotel restaurant staff bent over backwards to make our stay wonderful, the food was great. the front desk staff was always smiling and professional and we didn't want to leave. We were so impressed that we're already talking about our next Sheraton stay. We didn't visit the pool, or have room service or had a chance to visit the Club Lounge - no time, This is one of our most favorite trips yet. Thanks Sheraton for such a wonderful time. We look forward to our next stay with you.

I'll start with a compliment. Paolo and Anna were great in handling my concerns. I'm still waiting on a callback from the General Manager. This property was convenient for our overnight trip to the LA County Fair. We had problems from the time we parked until we left. Although management provided a full credit for one of our rooms, the stay was unacceptable and it was our first time there, or any Sheraton for that matter. We normally stay at Marriott or Hilton properties. Here is a list of our concerns/problems while we stayed there. 1. Unprofessional parking attendant Monique. She was star struck, took a picture with artist staying at the property and unable to complete her job professionally. 2. Wifi was weak. 3. Room was not ready when I checked in after 3pm. 4. Hallway had a pile of dirty laundry on the 8th floor for several hours. 5. Room service items were left in hallway for several hours. 6. Our room 842 had a dirty bathroom floor and tub. 7. Requested 2 extra blankets and received a sheet and a "feather" blanket that looked stained with blood or dirt. Anna explained it was not dirt but feathers clumped together. 8. The jacuzzi was "cloudy" and did not seem clean. Was going to sit and have a cigar poolside but the chaise chair was broken and the other chairs and tables were not cleaned at all, 9. Room service and the bar closed at 11pm so we were not able to eat or have a night cap when we returned from the Fair. I really like the convenience of entering the fair through the VIP entrance and conveniently staying at the property without driving home but it will take a lot of convincing for me to return. Sheraton, I'll await your response. Thanks LH

I arrived in the evening, the front desk associate did not recognize me as a lifetime platinum SPG member, did not recognize me at all. I asked to make sure I had a quiet room, my room was right across from the elevators and as this is an older hotel, if you are close you can hear the motors bringing the elevators up and down all day and night. I had already unpacked my clothes and only hoped the noise would end early but I could hear it until late night. The reason I picked the hotel was that it was not right off of a freeway and unfortunately I might as well have stayed in Ontario at a property by the airport. Won't be staying here again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by 6556 Sheraton Club hors d'oeuvres was a joke
The front desk clerk convinced me to pay extra to get access to the Club room, where hors d'oeuvres were served in the evening. The food was severely unsatisfactory.

Very nice hotel with great amenities. Stayed here many times. There was a mixup with our room. Another party had the same room with keys. This could have been a real disaster. Please make sure this does not happen to you. Lock you door. I would still stay at this hotel again.

It's hard to find a hotel that has it all - comfort, great service, location, outstanding restaurant. This Sheraton had it all. I was working so this stay was a blessing for my tired body and mind! Thank you.
