I have stayed at many SPG properties. This property is worth it based on the cost. My biggest disappointment was the club lounge. It appeared that the staff did not care about taking care of this lounge. On a Thurs. Nt, didn't have any food until 30 mins after it was suppose to and I had to call. When food did arrive, you had to eat the salad with a spoon. No one there to talk to ask for proper utensils. In morning two employees at lounge. When I asked for bottle water at the club they said there wasn't any told me to go downstairs to front desk.

I attend an annual convention for the 15 year in a row. The upgrades to the hotel were clear and made the stay more enjoyable. The Convention facilities are just right for our group. The staff was helpful. We all like the guy who comes and takes our luncheon orders.

The stay at this Sheraton was enjoyable. The rooms had plenty of space and the beds comfortable. The staff were really great and attentive to my stay. The hotel restaurant was a little pricey for the quality of food, especially breakfast, but they did present us with a voucher for Saturday morning and I appreciated that since it was cold, rainy and high winds. Well worth the stay and I would recommend staying here, especially if your flying into Trenton.

My family and i always use this hotel when we go to sesame place. The convenience factor is great and the hotel is perfect. If there is ever anything i need the staff is right on it.

The hotel was at capacity when we were there.
Of the three elevators, one is SERVICE personnel only (as marked on the first floor) and one was out of service for most of the weekend. The other elevator didn't always stop at the floor you pressed. We were on the 15th floor, so using the stairs was not do-able.
The facility had a number of youth soccer teams staying over. The kids roamed the halls until late at night, making noise and leaving food stuffs all over the place. Any curfew or rules put in place for these kids were not enforced.
Lastly, the room was functional, but tired looking. The furnishings were old and not in the best of condition. The sofa needed a cleaning; I did not even want to sit on it.
We had access to the Club lounge. The staff was friendly and helpful. But the room did not have enough seating and the tables were dirty (we had to ask staff to clean them) and sticky. Also a very tired looking room.
As a result, we will not retun to this hotel. As convenient as it might be (we have family in the area) we will go elsewhere. I am a long-standing SPG member and this is the first time I have felt so strongly about a property.

Room was very clean - staff were very accommodating. The manager reception was an unexpected treat and the fact that the fitness room was open 24hours was a nice feature.

We arrived for breakfast and the room was packed. As we were a party of two Dawn found us seating in another room and quickly brought coffee and water. Two unexpected guests joined us and we needed a bigger table. Dawn found a table had it cleared, moved our orders while taking care of the two late arrivals and got us settled in the meantime. If there had been one Dawn on the Italian ship nobody would have been lost or hurt. It was a spectacular display of just getting it done. We would have all applauded but the distraction might have upset her focus. She was a model for understanding the situation, the clients and who really need what and when.

This is a tired hotel that is overpiced and under delivers. There is inadequate parking in front of the hotel. I was forced to park in the back of the hotel in a un-lit garage area near dumpsters and walk around the hotel to the front entrance. When I arrived at 8pm my room was not ready and I had to wait 30 minutes for my room. Lastly, I had a meal at the bar. The bar itself was sticky and disgusting. I used my napkin as a cover so I would need to rest my arms on the bar - YUCK! After that, I was so concerned that I actually checked my bed for bedbugs before I got into bed. Thankfully, it was clean.
