Rated 5 out of 5 by WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! We stayed at the Sheraton Premiere Tysons Corner for almost 2 weeks in September 2014. To be totally honest, our expectations were exceeded in every regard. Our room was spacious, clean and had a great view. The hotel is less than one block from the new Metro Spring Hill station so we could use public transportation everywhere we visited. A big plus is that there is a Wal Mart and several great casual restaurants right next to the hotel. On several occasions, we ate at the Brixe and Al;e restaurant in the hotel. The food was excellent! The staff is terrific. Honestly, we were greeted with a smile every time we encountered a staff person. They helped with recommendations, directions and touring. Marina was especially helpful and gracious--she even gave us a hug when we checked out. It doesn't get any better than that. Additionally, there are indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a spa and an exercise room on-site that rivals any commercial gym. Please stay here. I promise you will be pleased. October 14, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Let Your Little Light Shine! . Please add some serious wattage to the bathroom mirror light fixture. It's very difficult to apply makeup when the light is not only dim, but flourescent. Flourescent lights cast a glow that prevents one from seeing true skin tone or gauging the intensity of application. The lights in the bedrooms cast a yellow-ish glow, also. You may have been aiming for a calming atmosphere but what you're getting is funereal. October 14, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good services, good location! The experiences at this hotel was much better than what I expected. The room is clean and location is excellent since it is close the metro station and all the shopping places and nice restaurants. The new Wal-Mart is just in front of this hotel which opens 24 hr. It has plenty of parking spaces. The gym and pool are very nice. The restaurant on the 1st floor (Brix and Ale) has nice breakfast. The services and food we received at this restaurant was just excellent. I would like to thank the waitress "Susan" who served our table on 10/12 around 9pm. Her recommendations on the food, knowledge about the menu and service are just awesome and made our weekend getaway special! The other staff members there provided great services too. The price for the room was very reasonable for this location. We would definitely come back to this hotel. Thank you Sheraton! October 14, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by Good Time at Brix and Ale The Premier is an icon, one of the locals favorite in Tyson Corner area which is expanding and including the Metro Silver line stop right by the hotel. This place is very attractive with a convenient location and amenities it offers to personal and business needs. The Brix and Ale restaurant on the lobby level is a great place to get together, relax and unwind. Nice sized martinis, and also the steamed mussels with chorizo is outstanding, ask for Susan, she would provide you with an attentive and superb service that genuinely makes this Sheraton stands out as one of the very best. The staff are very helpful and friendly and go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The fitness center is spacious and the equipment is in good working condition. Rated 5 out of 5 by Sheraton Premiere - Lives up to it's name ! As a road warrior and a SPG member since 2000, I have to state that the staff exceeds expectation. Rated 1 out of 5 by not good place to stay I ended up staying at 5 different hotels in Dc over a period of 2 week to move close to my meetings. Out of the 5, Sheraton was the worst hotel. The floor smelt of dust, the rooms did not have essential things like fridge, microwave, utensil, breakfast is not included as standard as in other hotels, the tel too expensive - even for local calls, I paid 75$ for 21 minute call in the US. Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Location and Staff Been coming to hotel for over 15 years. My wife refers to the hotel as my real home. Staff keeps getting more professional and better. Ashleigh at Front Desk gives a great first impression, Staff at Brix and Ale (Snayit, Rigat, Aster, and Makda) exceeds all expectations. And Zulma in housekeeping always knows the service to provide. Rated 5 out of 5 by Best Stay at the Sheraton Our stays have never been bad at the Sheraton but the staff was at its very best this year. Semayet, Rigot, Aster, Maka and Susan were so attentive and always get hosts for your hotel. Justin saved us lots of time by directing to the Tesla dealer in the mall saving us a trip down town. The attendants at the desk were always pleasing and helpful. Thank you for wonderful stay. August 31, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Sheraton This property goes above and beyond to accommodate SPG members. That being said, I have stayed in plenty of Sheratons and I have really been impressed with this one. The rooms are great, the views are superb, and the club lounge is one of the best that I have encountered in my travels. I definitely recommend this property to anyone staying in Tyson's Corner or the Dulles Corridor. August 30, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by Excellent conference stay Had a great stay during our five nights with kids in the Tyson Corner. rooms are wonderful, staff is responsive to needs. Two pools made the kids happy. I worked out three times in the gym. Wish the restaurant had better choices or more of a variety. August 25, 2014

Rated 3 out of 5 by Ok but not great The rooms were nicely decorated but quite standard and the beds were not full doubles. Unfortunately, the bathrooms have no vents so everything fogs up and lighting is very poor. Also, there are tiles that are bloated and falling off. On the good side, the showers are powerful and the water is easily adjustable. Rooms do not come with a refrigerator, but you can get one for an additional $25 which is annoying. August 19, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Nice place to stay Our rooms furnishings were very new and nice. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The room was a nice size. We had breakfast at the Hotel which was pretty good. The best was when I asked the Concierge if we could stay longer than the check out time and she gave us an hour and a half after the 12pm checkout time. That was really helpful in our case. Rated 5 out of 5 by Warm and Friendly hotel This hotel is my favorite around this area. It's close to the shopping malls, restaurants and where I work. The new Metro Silver line is just a stone's throw away which makes it very convenient to travel to DC. The hotel staff is great -very helpful and always smiling. Rated 2 out of 5 by Have suggestion Was informed upon checking in that I needed to walk back out to my rental car and place a parking receipt on the dash to avoid having car towed........I am a frequent guest at this hotel (Platinum) - suggest providing me with a pass that I can carry with me or risk losing my business as I find this a HUGE inconvenience. As usual the staff was very responsive, polite and professional in every way -- the main reason I choose this hotel for my multiple trips back to the Tysons Corner area. (The new metro stop close-by makes it that much more convenient to the DC/NoVA area.) There was a lot of activity in the hotel during this stay -- a huge pen convention which brought a lot of people into the hotel, but also created large crowds in the lounge area which overwhelmed the one staff member there as he tried to accommodate many specific requests of some of the people. (Not his fault, but he was very busy.) Also, this stay there seemed to be more loud door closings later in the evening, and a lot more loud conversations audible through the walls and doors... maybe because a lot of the people from the pen convention were older and/or spoke with loud voices...?
