As usual the staff was very responsive, polite and professional in every way -- the main reason I choose this hotel for my multiple trips back to the Tysons Corner area. (The new metro stop close-by makes it that much more convenient to the DC/NoVA area.) There was a lot of activity in the hotel during this stay -- a huge pen convention which brought a lot of people into the hotel, but also created large crowds in the lounge area which overwhelmed the one staff member there as he tried to accommodate many specific requests of some of the people. (Not his fault, but he was very busy.) Also, this stay there seemed to be more loud door closings later in the evening, and a lot more loud conversations audible through the walls and doors... maybe because a lot of the people from the pen convention were older and/or spoke with loud voices...? Rated 4 out of 5 by This hotel was good not great The room was a very nice size. The bathroom has two sections but one light control both rooms, only had one place to hang towel and it was in the shower no place to hang towel by the sink. No safe and microwave in room. July 30, 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by Warm and Friendly hotel This hotel is my favorite around this area. It's close to the shopping malls, restaurants and where I work. The new Metro Silver line is just a stone's throw away which makes it very convenient to travel to DC. The hotel staff is great -very helpful and always smiling. I would recommend this hotel to all friends and co-workers! Keep it up!! August 14, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by Why Bother Being An SPG Gold Member? At check-in I was never offered my Gold Welcome Gift. I wasn't put in a Starwood Preferred Room (I'm not even sure they exist anymore because I can't remember the last time I was put in one). While everyone was friendly and professional.... I feel that service from staff is lacking a bit. Even though there is a parking fee (6.00) , I was never given a parking pass and had to go back to the desk and ask for one after I saw a sign indicating that I must have one. Thank you for being the only Sheraton property in the area that still accepts points and cash. I love the remodel of the gym! I was disappointed that the spa was not in service though. Rated 2 out of 5 by Recent Stay I've stayed at this hotel before and have been content. This stay was not great. First I was put in a room, which had clearly been that of a smoker - the cigarette smell was overwhelming. Then when they finally were able to switch my room, I was put in the far corner of the hotel where there was a strange musty odor still. Later during the stay, I tried calling to the front desk for assistance a couple times, the phone range non-stop for minutes at a time and when the other end finally picked up, they hung up. Service this time around was not pleasant. I understand the hotel was busy, but they should staff better if they are unable to handle a full hotel. May 22, 2014

Rated 2 out of 5 by Have suggestion Was informed upon checking in that I needed to walk back out to my rental car and place a parking receipt on the dash to avoid having car towed........I am a frequent guest at this hotel (Platinum) - suggest providing me with a pass that I can carry with me or risk losing my business as I find this a HUGE inconvenience. Rated 5 out of 5 by Wonderful experience Our stay at the Sheraton Premiere in Tysons Corner was delightful. The front desk staff was professional, courteous and accommodating. The rooms were older but clean. One improvement I would suggest is that this hotel would use queen sized beds rather than double beds. The bar staff in the restaurant was woefully unprepared for the dinner rush. While waiting to order and pick up our dinner I overheard many complaints from the parents attending this dance convention. I believe better communication between the event planner and the restaurant would vastly improve their service. All in all, I would highly recommend staying at the Sheraton Premiere. May 6, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good experience marred by hallway noise Overall, the stay was good. The staff was helpful. Unfortunately, there were lots of door slams, either from the staff door, or from other guests. The floor ice machine was loud and probably needs a door in front of it. Toilet flushes from neighboring rooms were also an issue. The hotel is a good one, and with fixes of these issues could be a great one. August 11, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Housekeeping did well this week I stay at the hotel weekly and I must say the weekend staff (this is the first time I stayed on a Friday night) is a lot better than the weekday staff. I came back Friday night with additional bath rugs set up (because they say I used hand towels as rugs by the sink), additional toiletries which I never get on weekdays even if I stay 3 or 4 nights. The dryer was set on top of a face towel. It was great to see that for the first time in a long while, the housekeeping staff was on top of their game this week. As always, Jose, Leo, Aika, Steven, Ashley, the rest of the front desk crew (I promise to get their names next week) and the staff at Brix and Ale were great. May 31, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Stay!! This is my favorite hotel in Tyson's Corner. The staff are so helpful and friendly in every way from the time you check in to the day you check out. They always greet you with a smile and go out of their way to help you in any way possible. The rooms are spacious, super clean and the beds are just heavenly. The hotel is also located very close to the shopping malls. Also the Metro (Silver Line) is just a stone's throw away so getting into town is a breeze!! I would recommend this hotel to all my friends. Thank you!! July 26, 2014

Rated 3 out of 5 by This Place was Renovated? Maybe I was the unfortunate one to get an un-renovated room. The interior looked like it was from the 80s. The interior "look" is probably the only negative I have about this property as there are incredible amounts of positives to it which may draw me back to staying. Positives: The Sweet Sleeper Bed. Probably one of the most comfortable beds within the Sheraton line (I'm comparing this bed to the Sheraton National in Arlington) The Gym. IMMENSE amount of space, free weights that run well over the 50lb limit you see at other hotel gyms. Lobby Restaurant. Great atmosphere and vibe, it's a restaurant bar that I'd see in a Westin and not in a Sheraton so that's nice. Staff was professional and nice. Parking is incredibly easy. April 13, 2012

Sonait, Aster, Rigat, Susan and Leo. There is another manager equally friendly but I don't know his name. These individuals were fantastic and second to none in their service and attentiveness. Rated 3 out of 5 by okay stay - but needs work My stay was in 8/2012. Certain areas of the hotel were noticibly dirty and dingy. The pool lounge chair straps were all broken. Could not sit on them without your butt falling thru. On the steel beams above the indoor pool there was black mold growing. You can see the black mold by the 3rd floor hallway window. Nobody told me about my spg benefits or that you can get benefits for opting out of room service. Can't comminicate with cleaning staff, they don't speak english. The shampoo they provided was cheap-like using detergent on my hair. Would have rated them lower, but I was there for a convention, and I did enjoy the convention. August 23, 2012

Rated 2 out of 5 by Clean Rooms, Very Noisy Although the Rooms very clean, I defintely would not recommend this hotel if you are plan on getting sleep. The beds are Very Firm, Walls are Very thin, unforturnelty the weekend we were there there was a Indian Festival going on and people were Walked the halls a time of Night Being Very Loud, Got little to no sleep. Also the ice machine was in operable on my floor which is not a big deal but it look as though there were no plans of getting it Fixed any time soon. Outside of the hotel was dirtly , cigarette butts everywhere. Defintely would not stay here again. July 7, 2014
