Very disappointed as I paid a lot of money for the hotel. Room was not clean, long black hairs in the tub, very noisy, the staff was vacuuming the halls at 10:00 at night when I was trying to go to sleep

Great property , well maintained, plenty of parking, assistance with transportation when necessary , enjoyed staying with Sheraton Tysons.

The members of the staff I encountered at this hotel were professional, courteous and friendly, plus their performance was outstanding. It was easy for our family to drive to and park at the local Metro stop and take advantage of a full day in D.C. without paying the price of a downtown hotel. The hotel restaurant was excellent, and there are numerous food choices nearby.

Upon Check in, all were in order, reservation, bed type request, and SPG number. Later realized that the meal card were under wrong room number. Came back down and spoke to the reception that wrote the card. Respond " really its wrong, don't worry, it doesn't matter" other than this remarks of not caring, the stay was wonderful. Carpet in room could have been cleaned due to multiple large stain. Same goes with the ironing board (stain).

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows allow you to sink right in, thus offering you a great sleep. The staff is wonderful and always welcoming when I walk through the front door. The Club Lounge offers a wonderful breakfast option and the new restaurant has delicious food.
The only cons are the fact that a fridge nor microwave exist and the lighting is still quite poor in the rooms, especially near mirrors, but otherwise, it is a wonderful facility and I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.

The recent rennovation finally spruced up the dated lobby, restaurant and the club lounge. The hotel now feels open and welcoming, finally in sync with its wonderful staff that have always been such friendly hosts, especially Angie!

I frequent the hotel over 50 nights a year and I have to say with the whole governors race acceptance speech there at the last minute. I felt like an outsider in my own hotel. My room was bumped and I ended up taking a room that I wasn't happy with. I needed up having to park at Walmart on the top deck and I was told the club floor wasn't available since the the press and others where there. I would like to talk with someone about the experience further .

Very nice stay, convenient. Adequate parking Nice restaurant for breakfast. Bathroom lighting is poor. Not far from the new Air and Space museum near Dulles. Well worth the 20 minute drive. Close to Our Lady of Good Counsel church for Sunday Mass.
