While this hotels offers amenities, which are always A+, I was disappointed that the pool was not available for most of the weekend. The staff as always was pleasant and professional and the food was good with something for everyone. I would stay again for business or pleasure

We stayed at the Sheraton Premiere in Tysons this past weekend for an event we were attending. We booked the room months ahead of time and were please with the included amenities that were listed on the website. When we got to the hotel, the lobby was lovely and the room was clean and a good size. We immediately noticed that many of the amenities mentioned were missing, such as a makeup/shaving mirror and specifically a refrigerator. We called down to ask that one be brought up. This took over an hour, and when it was brought to our room, there was a horrible smell inside. Later that evening, we called the courteous staff to ask that three additional pillows be brought up to the room. Over 30 minutes later, one pillow and one blanket arrived. I was trying to get two small children to sleep and quickly called guest services again to explain the mix-up. They were very polite and assured me the pillows would be sent right up. After waiting another 45 minutes, we gave up and went to sleep. The following day, we went to eat in the Brix and Ale restaurant at lunchtime. There were only about six other tables that had patrons. The server took half of our order before going to another table to take their order. We had to flag her down to get her to take the rest of our order. The food - sandwiches and pasta - took over 40 minutes to arrive, and they had gotten BOTH of my daughters' orders wrong (they ordered straight off of the kids' menu with no special requests). I left the hotel feeling appalled at the misadvertisements for amenities and the horrible lack of customer service. Despite the cleanliness and layout of the hotel, I would not recommend it to anyone else based on this experience. I came home and searched the website for a method - e-mail, phone number - to provide some feedback and could not find any!

Dining room personnel were not attentive. After being told by hostess at buffet not to worry about getting your drinks it will be served at the table, had to ask three times to get coffee. Personnel looked like they did not want to be there. No smiles.

Rated 5 out of 5 by rsquare Great service, friendly staff
The members of the staff I encountered at this hotel were professional, courteous and friendly, plus their performance was outstanding. It was easy for our family to drive to and park at the local Metro stop and take advantage of a full day in D.C. without paying the price of a downtown hotel. The hotel restaurant was excellent, and there are numerous food choices nearby.

Rated 5 out of 5 by RJ404 Wonderful staff made my stay exceptional
I recently attended a workshop in the hotel and my experience was 'above and beyond' what I expected. Having access to the Sheraton Club services was especially convenient. And Sid, the 'host' there each morning elevated that experience to 'exceptional'. His warm greeting to all, his pride in providing great service, and his attention to detail around cleanliness, food presentation, and the general atmosphere made starting my day there a highlight. As well, Sid's thoughtfulness in offering me information and ideas for some time I planned in DC, including providing me a hotel brochure I hadn't seen on the shuttle service, and even printing out a map locating a particular Gallery I wanted to see, made my stay definitely a most memorable and 'premier' experience!
The hotel itself is also lovely, with spacious rooms. most comfortable pillows, and great staff in other capacities too - like Vicky, whose personalized service at the front desk (remembered a billing request I'd made the previous day) made me feel like she was actually connecting with me, and not just doing a required task.
