I love this hotel. there are several staff members that go above and beyond
Elizabeth - Front desk manager...she is AMAZING.
She takes care of all my needs.
Tito's genuine warmth and customer service every time he interacts with a guest.
Dara---I am so happy that he is moving up in the ranks-- He too exudes customer service at every level
There are 2 things that i would like to see improved
1- the lighting---very difficult to apply make up
2- computer outlets at bedside--

We have stayed at this hotels for many years for the pen show. The staff in the lounge always has a great hello and then we catch up from the last year. Senayet, Rigat ,Aster and Makda were the best as always. I get the same feeling while visiting there once a year compared to the spot we have dinner most Friday nights. This year I did have the opportunity to meet Jonathan. We were a bit disappointed they no longer have the store but understand Walmart must have made it difficult to compete.
Again, thank you for another great stay in DC and your great staff.

To give some context: I am SPG Platinum and I am on the road 150+ nights per year. I stay at this hotel for exactly one reason: it is close to my office. Otherwise, it is just never that good a stay. In my past three stays two of which were 4 days in length, I have encountered: staff forgetting to give me club access twice, mistakes on room service orders, and not once have they emailed my final bill without me having to request it by phone, this issue is ridiculous. Just give me a bill so I can expense it, why do I need to call? I would even take a paper bill. But worst of all, I have called to discuss these issues with the manager and left messages and have never gotten a call back. AWFUL. The fact is I give the front end staff the benefit of the doubt, but management just doesn't care. At this point my expectations are zero. I have told my SPG Ambassador about my issues, but even she can't get a response. I expect more and my colleagues have moved to different hotels. I guess I am just a glutton for punishment.

I've stayed at this property twice and both experiences have been wonderful. The staff have been incredibly friendly, I've been acknowledged as an SPG Platinum member and upgraded, the parking is plentiful and free, the Club Lounge has an excellent selection of food and beverages, the rooms are clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated, and the hotel is in an easily accessible location, just off of I-495. I highly recommend this hotel!

I was at this hotel for a conference for three nights. Overall, this hotel is fine but I felt for the price it should have been much nicer. The rooms I had were a bit worn down and the heating/air was not responsive to changes in the temperature settings. The staff never recognized me as a SPG and moved my room after 1 night to accommodate a student group without offering any compensation. My second room was not available until after 7:30 pm the second night so I had to wait around in the lobby after the conference was over for the day, not ideal.

The staff here is a model for the entire hospitality industry. I have stayed here several times and I wouldn't hesitate to return because I always feel welcome here. I am treated like royalty at the front desk like my business really matters. They are genuinely kind, respectful, and personable, and show that they are ready to serve and are happy to do so by their warmth and their smiles. They are very professional!!! Rooms are very comfortable, clean and quiet. Thank you Sheraton team Tysons Corner!!!!

I called to verify shuttle service as I would not be driving. They stated I could be picked up at the Metro. They never showed and I had to walk in the heat with my suitcases. They then later refused to do any shuttle service to the metro saying that is not a service. Their "green choice" service is a mandatory two days and it does not say that on the card. It also mean absolutely NO maid service, not even the removal of garbage, which is stated in very very small print on the bottom of the card. They overcharged my card saying that it was "just a hold" but never informed me at check in time. I will never stay again.

Room was clean but very, very dark. Bathroom is little. No refrigerator in the room. I called ahead because I am insulin dependent and asked for a refrigerator to be put in my room. When I arrived, no refrigerator. I called the front desk to ask again, the response was "it will be a $15 charge." What? You certainly don't advertise that. My business partner had one in his room at no charge, but I was going to be charged to get one for my insulin.
