All staff was outstanding. Specially Benat the van driver and Makda in the restaurant and bar area. On the negative side- the bathroom lightning was very poor.

From the moment I checked in, Marina wished me a happy birthday and set the tone for my week. As always, Rigat & Aster make you feel at home when relaxing at Brix & Ale's bar.
Looking forward to my next visit in August!

The hotel staff was by far the best I have seen in a very long time. My husband and I came in contact with many of your employees such as Nicole, Ayana, Sarah, Alyssa, Aster, and Gregory. Everyone was more than helpful and went out of their way to make us feel at home and glad to have us there. Thanks for a great time. The hotel has it all; excellent restaurant and bar, rooms that were very roomy, clean and comfortable.

My entire stay was excellent. Friendly from the moment I walked in. I wanted to give a particular shout-out to Nicole at the front desk. She greeted me enthusiastically, recognized my Starwood guest membership and treated me like a king. Great room, and helped me understand the new partnership with Uber and gave me a gift card for Uber. Just an overall professional who made me feel better about choosing Sheraton!

I stayed here for a week on a work function and the amenities/hotel staff were excellent. They provide prompt shuttle services in the morning and will pick you up from a local area (i.e. corporate office, restaurants, metro) if you call them in advance. Everything was excellent and the room was very comfortable and quiet.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Bowm No bill under door or coffee in lobby
For those of us who have to turn in expenses with paper receipts, it is a royal pain to not have the receipt slipped under the door. Also, I walked down to the lobby and there was no way to get coffee at 6 am. I stay in hotels at least 60 nights per year for business. No receipt and no coffee = reason to avoid sheraton hotels.

During my last stay Chef Julius prepared a special meal when my wife came to town for a visit during my stay. He really excelled.
