This hotel was clean and quiet. There was a nice variety of food. The rooms were clean and comfy. The staff was friendly. The location was ideal. Just great.

The Hotel allows Pets under a waiver which is not enforced.Pets are left in the rooms unattended and mangement keeps saying they are not allowed to remove pets unless they have a permission to access the room.Residents were out all day and night!

This hotel is nicely located next to Tysons Corner Mall. For those visiting with family, it makes for a nice location, as there is a metro nearby. The problem with the hotel is that the management do not seem to be committed to providing the level fo service one would expect from SPG. I say this putting aside an extremely negative experience that I had with the hotel during a subsequent stay, In the end, the facilities are dated. The pool is closed. And, the club lounge is substandard. This used to be a nice property. And, it can be again. But, it needs a complete overhaul.

As for the hotel, the valet attendant informed me the following morning after arriving that my car had not been labeled properly for him to find my car with ease. In the cold rain, I had to go find my car. To top that off, I still had to pay for the valet parking.
The ceiling in my room was leaking in the corner. A small leak.
The bathroom door swung in to take up the entire bathroom, that only allowed one of us guests to utilize at once.
The complementary sugar in our room was never replaced. I therefore had to make my way to the restaurant to get sugar.
The following morning there was only decaf coffee in our room.
We stayed three nights and had a late checkout on Monday. I was told via the phone that I would receive a discount for adding the third night, which was actually convenient due to the current weather conditions. As the bill was received, I noticed the charge was full price.
The bed was lifted higher in the back more so than the feet, which made for uncomfortable sleeping. The bed spread was quite noisy and eventually fell off during sleep.
We will not stay again at any Sheraton due to the lack of Customer Service at this one.
BUT, the restaurant staff was absolutely accommodating and professional. Thank you. They assisted in ease of food and service every day we attended their facility, to include making up for what the cleaning staff had neglected to provide.

This was a romantic getaway for the two of us and we picked this hotel for the great rate and the nice views offered from upper floors. the facilities may be a bit dated but the staff is outstanding especially at the front desk. Olga was very patient with us and very friendly in her attitude and resolving the problems we were having with our room. She took care of everything with a smile and a calm reassuring demeanor. all the staff wee friendly. We were surprised to see all the green around the hotel and large trees providing shade to the outdoor parking area. We could not find the entrance to the parking garage however the weather was good and out door parking not a problem.

I have stayed at this hotel twice before and was pleased with the hotel and staff. Other than the gentleman working in the club lounge my first night (night before Thanksgiving; he was excellent); I was very disappointed. To set the stage, I had requested and was confirmed with a suite reward upgrade for my stay. When checking in, there was a long line, only one, everyone using the SPG Gold/Platinum check-in. I'm a Platinum Member. I get my room keys, head to my room and its not a suite. I call front desk, they tell me they have no suite, so I explained my upgrade was confirmed, they said I would have to wait for a suite (so one was available once it was cleaned#. I said I would wait. They said they'd call the room I was in when it was ready, about an hour or so. 2 1/2 hours goes by, no one calls. I call downstairs again, they say its ready and they will send the keys up to me. 45 minutes go by, I call downstairs again; they say there was a miscommunication but they will send up the keys now. They only bring one key, not two that I had for the first room. I head to the club lounge with my husband for evening reception. Key doesn't work for club lounge. I call from house phone outside the lounge. They apologize and say they will send someone right up with two keys with access to the lounge to the club floor. No one shows up, so I knock on club door and the gentleman working the club let's us in, we explain the situation and he takes care of us very well. After an hour in the lounge, the keys were never brought up. So we trek down to the front desk, wait in line again to get new keys. Also have to ask for breakfast vouchers #which were promised at check-in to be brought to our room and never arrived# since the club lounge would be closed the whole holiday weekend. Finally get keys and vouchers worked out. Get settled in room, but there's no creamer for the coffee; the bathroom leaks water into the hallway when you shower; the room smells of smoke from previous occupant and the noise level is terrible. You can hear people walking in rooms upstairs, through the walls to room next door and in the hallway by the elevator. The hotel needs a serious make-over with sound reduction added to the walls. I come to this area very frequently for personal and business travel and have stayed at many #at least 7 different) Starwood hotels in the general area. This one will be taken off that list going forward until I see a notice of renovations being made. On the upside, the breakfast buffet was excellent and the restaurant staff extremely pleasant as was the gentleman in the lounge. The front desk and overall maintenance needs to be improved to match the catering/restaurant/kitchen staff's attentiveness, pleasantness and quality of food and service.

All staff was outstanding. Specially Benat the van driver and Makda in the restaurant and bar area. On the negative side- the bathroom lightning was very poor.

From the moment I checked in, Marina wished me a happy birthday and set the tone for my week. As always, Rigat & Aster make you feel at home when relaxing at Brix & Ale's bar.
Looking forward to my next visit in August!
