I am currently staying at this hotel for the next 10 days. The first day I arrived I noticed that the fridge that I had requested was not present. I also noticed that there was at least one exposed electrical socket and that a light in my bathroom was not functioning. The next morning I reported these issues. It is now day five and after repeated requests the items have not been addressed. I always report my issues in person and I get tired of them apologizing. I would rather that they just say nothing and resolve the issues. This forum is too short to discuss the other issues in the bathroom alone. I am really considering contacting my ambassador to book me a room someplace else for the remainder of my stay.

Have stay at Sheraton Premiere several times this year. Each time the staff has been great. First to be greeted at the Brix & Ale with excellence service by Mona and Susan. On Thanksgivings, Julius prepared a great dinner-first for lunch and later for dinner and then special sandwiches (left over turkey) for Friday. Then on my last night he topped off the stay with a Rack of Lamb. The quality of the food in the Sheraton Lounge has really been improved. Appreciate the service of Nelson, Jose and Sid.

I reserved a room with a king bed several days prior when I made the reservation but was told after I checked in that there were no available rooms with king beds. No big deal, a double bed would work, I just would have appreciated the front desk person telling me right away when she pulled up my reservation. I was assigned a room on the 1st floor in the back wing. The room had a damp odor and the climate control was not working properly. Unfortunately, the TV remote had not been cleaned from a prior guest and there was a coating of sticky substance on it . I was forced to wrap a wash cloth around it so I could use it. Overall, as a SPG guest, I will never stay at this hotel again. Very disappointed in the experience.

Overpriced for the product provided. The check in staff advised of nothing, here's your key, good bye. I had to ask how to log onto my laptop. The loby looks great and is very deciving when you are in your room. At first I was put on the bottom floor over looking the trash dumpsters, stains on the carpet, dark room, small bathroom. Baby crying, you can hear everything through the walls. I was moved to the 10th floor, still stains on the carpet - the door looked as it had been kicked in. Doors close with a very loud boom. Still a small bathroom. Bathroom very dark. $4.00 for water - really?? coffee is horrible. No fridge. Breakfast. !5.00 really for what a buffet.... I will never stay at another Sheriton, every. And i will never recommend the Hotel to anyone. The last morning there I told the staff that i had no hot water. There response was OH.. Did you let it run, and i said yes, they stated well... Sorry... Sorry doesn't cut it. In addition the hote bill was not placed under my door in the room as it should have been for my stay. I go onto the elevator that the staff was cleaning and did they stop when i got on.. No they continued to clean. Poor way to do business and provide customer service.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows allow you to sink right in, thus offering you a great sleep. The staff is wonderful and always welcoming when I walk through the front door. The Club Lounge offers a wonderful breakfast option and the new restaurant has delicious food.
The only cons are the fact that a fridge nor microwave exist and the lighting is still quite poor in the rooms, especially near mirrors, but otherwise, it is a wonderful facility and I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.

The members of the staff I encountered at this hotel were professional, courteous and friendly, plus their performance was outstanding. It was easy for our family to drive to and park at the local Metro stop and take advantage of a full day in D.C. without paying the price of a downtown hotel. The hotel restaurant was excellent, and there are numerous food choices nearby.

This property goes above and beyond to accommodate SPG members. That being said, I have stayed in plenty of Sheratons and I have really been impressed with this one. The rooms are great, the views are superb, and the club lounge is one of the best that I have encountered in my travels. I definitely recommend this property to anyone staying in Tyson's Corner or the Dulles Corridor.
