Rated 2 out of 5 by Feb 16/14 Overnight Stay Arrived Feb 16/14 & booked this room due to it's close location to airport. Only one elevator was working & line ups were large. The breakfast was included but the restaurant didn't open early enough for us to take advantage of it. An extra charge of $7.77 was applied for marketing? This was not explained during the check-in. For the cost & poor service/facilities, I would not recommend this location. March 1, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by This hotel offers a great sleep! Pillows and bed were amazingly comfortable. Overall cleanliness of hall and room were so so. Proximity to airport can't be beat. Resolving a few basic maintenance issues would add to overall impression of hotel: functioning escalator and two operable elevators. Would still recommend hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable nights stay. February 28, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Unsurpassed customers service in SPG Lounge Generally airport hotels are more about convenience than they are about service. The employee working in the SPG Lounge during the morning could not have been more customer-focused: walked me through all the foods available, poured and delivered coffee and juice, helped with the right newspaper. Stopped by several times to make sure everything was okay. Unbelieveable service! February 27, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Convenient and Efficient This hotel was the perfect choice for my 5-person family. Being at the airport and having parking on site meant no shuttles, no lugging around heavy gear and kids, and a more relaxed and peaceful lead-in to our flight. The hotel room and hallways had a bit of an out-dated feel and perhaps the upholstery could use a cleaning or update, but the beds were excellent. February 26, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by Help when I needed it. The staff could not have been more helpful. I was stranded in Toronto overnight due to weather at home. I was enroute from Sydney AU - no coat, no gloves, no luggage. My travel agent had booked me at a different Sheraton by mistake - but the staff here cancelled that reservation and found me a room. Rated 4 out of 5 by Disappointed SPG Member We have used this property in the past due to the convenient location of the hotel being attached to Terminal 3. We called and made our reservation to spend one night on January 27 2014 as Gold members of the Starwood Preferred Guest program. On arrival we were pleasantly greeted, but were told that we would not be given the upgrade on the Club Level as they had a full house and if we wished to use the Club Lounge, we would have to pay an extra $40 plus tax. This was in addition to the 10,000 Star points that they deduct from our account. We were advised that this was a rule made by management. When we went to the Club Lounge, we discovered a sheet of paper advising that use of the Club Lounge was complimentary for those staying on the Club Level. However, we feel very strongly that as SPG members, and irrespective of which level/floor we were housed, we should have been given the same facilities as those limited number of people staying on the Club Level. How do we know that the Club floor was sold out or not??? Or is this just one way to discriminate and extract extra dollars from "special" SPG members?? What is the point of having so called "special privileges" which are denied with flimsy excuses? Not only would I like a refund, but have this rule/excuse removed for ALL SPG members, especially at this property. This is not reflective of the high standards set by the Starwood Group. The room was comfortable and spacious and the service was friendly. February 13, 2014

Rated 1 out of 5 by Noisy and poor customer service, billing nightmare I stayed in Club Floor room, that in fact was very small. My rate included free wifi. At check in, the clerk reiterated that I had free wifi. Yet on checkout, my bill included a wifi charge of $16. I have been on the phone long distance at my expense to Starwood, rerouted there even though I called the hotel directly, and it has been days later and more phone calls and emails and still no action or even basic awareness of the problem at their end. Atrocious and unacceptable customer service. And it was extremely noisy all night in the hallways with parties, and a 40 minute fire alarm. I will never stay at this property again. February 13, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by This hotel's location is very convenient! When you need a comfortable room for a brief overnight stay, this place fits the bill! We are only in the room for approx. 4-6 hours but it meets our needs perfectly. A wonderful bed, a hot shower, a cup of coffee in the morning and you are out the door to catch your connecting flight. I was somewhat disappointed that I couldn't have free wifi to check in with my family at home, but I know that it is always about the almighty dollar.....I can delay that aspect now that I am close to retirement. Having said that, maybe this is something that needs to be addressed? Aside from that...check-in was prompt and I especially like not having to stand in a queue to check-out and access my bill in the morning. Much improved since my last stay....thanks so much! Rated 2 out of 5 by Way past expiry date The hotel is rather tired looking and way too dated. Bathrooms are very uninviting, and toiletries offered are rather basic for a 5-star hotel. Towels are old and thinning. You can see through the middle of the towel. It is embarrassing that a hotel this poor quality is situated at the Pearson Airport. In-room dining choices are rather poor and few for vegetarians. Dining choices in the hotel restaurant are equally poor for the vegetarians. Platinum level means nothing at this hotel. Staff never acknowledges at check-in, and room upgrades are never offered. February 8, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Overnight stay I came for a meeting, arriving at 9:30pm. I was put on the executive floor so was able to grab a snack. The room was comfortable and I got all my work done. One of the elevators is under construction but did not affect me. We were in meeting rooms on the first floor and they were fine and the food supplied was excellent February 8, 2014

However, we had booked a room with a queen size bed and received a room with two DOUBLE beds. Arriving at 2:30AM, I don't want to have to go back to the front desk to fight about this! Also a long wait for the shuttle at the airport. Over 40 minutes! February 7, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Love the location but hate the sheets You just can beat the location on this hotel for flying out of Toronto Pearson since you never have to go outside - a great feature if you are flying to a sunny destination. BUT, both my spouse and noticed on our last stay that the sheets have been washed in a very chemical-based harsh detergent that makes your skin feel like you are having an allergic reaction. Both of us slept with full clothing since it was very uncomfortable. February 7, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Extended stay Many Airport hotels around the world offers extended half day stay if one's fight is at or after mid-night. I was taking a 1am flight but your hotel could not offer additional half day stay, so I had to check out quite early and became inconvenient to me. I am coming back in a week's time and wish that your hotel can consider situation like this. February 6, 2014
