We have hosted several meetings at the Gateway location at the Toronto airport and have been pleased each time. The facilities are excellent and the staff were supportive, friendly, professional and accommodating - a 10+ rating for their customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.

my major complaint was i had a early morning flight to the US and requested 2 wake up calls 4:45 and 5:00am and got neither one, luckily my phone alarm worked , very disappointed with that , and yes i did mention to front desk and they said they would see what went wrong i still dont know

In October I presented at the front desk after a long day of travel, plus just experiencing the death of my husband to discover I had inadvertently booked the wrong Sheraton. The staff were so kind and treated a very distraught client with compassion and caring. Not only were they able to cancel my other reservation for me but gave me a very beautiful room on the eighth floor and suggested I relax with a glass of wine in the lounge. These two staff members were wonderful representatives for a perfect stay at the Sheraton Gateway in Toronto.

I stay at the Sheraton Gateway @ YYZ frequently both for business and pleasure. The rooms are comfortable, the food is good, and the staff is spectacular. Many airport hotels get a bad wrap because travellers feel they've got a captive audience. I believe the Sheraton Gateway measures up to any great hotel regardless of location. The fact that they regularly acknowledge me as an SPG member is an added plus...it's nice to be recognized for my loyalty. The small touches like the card and fruit tray from General Manager Tim Reardon that were waiting in my room when I arrived were icing on the cake.

THE FRONT DESK STAFF were very good to deal with, when I asked for a room that overlooked the airport runways, they gave me a great room with a very good view, also the Club Lounge was fully stocked and kept very clean and very well run, The room was very clean and the beds were quite comfortable it was a good hotel to stay at and I will return again as soon as I can get away.
