Nice and clean hotel. Friendly staff at front desk and housekeeping. Only problem we encountered was that we could hear noises from neighboring rooms on each side of us and above us.

This was my second stay at this location. Close to restaurants and nightlife. Average accomodations. Front desk staff didn't seem to know much about the SPG Preferred Guest Program.

The property was great, it was in a great location and the rooms were very comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and attentive. I would stay here again on a return visit.

This hotel has good facilities and accommodations for groups and meetings. food was good and the staff is friendly. It is also close to good shopping and other restaurants.

It is always such a treat to stay at this property. Room was wonderful and the club lounge was perfect as was the hostess Adele. Quiet, perfectly situated and great value.

I usually find Sheraton beds somewhat hard and don't like the duvets because they don't conform to your shape. In Albuquerque I slept like a rock. best beds in the chain.

While I loved the hotel, the restaurant left me with a bad taste in my mouth. They forgot to turn in my breakfast order and didn't tell me until nearly 30 minutes later.

Great hotel - problems with cleaning, which were addressed very well by manager.
It would be great to have a full restaurant in the hotel. The bar food was excellent.

Half way location to and from our final destination and stay there every year. Staff is very friendly every time and when possible will upgrade to Club.

Everything was great. The club lounge people were helpful and on top of influx's in a quick and pleasing way. All food was fresh and tasty. Not one bad thing.

We took the shutle to ABQ Uptown enjoyed shopping, dinner and visited a couple of the local Bars all within walking distance. It was a nice little get away.

Clean rooms, very comfortable beds and "very" pet friendly !!!! Wonderful staff ... definitely upgrade to club floor, it is worth the extra dollars !!!

The banquet food was bad for the money and I did not even get a meal that I paid for and had to take another choice. The restraunt servers were nice.

We usually have a pleasant experience at Sheraton and this was no exception. Desk staff was prompt and efficient, plus the check-in lady acknowledged our membership very quickly. For the first time, we brought our little service dog, Quigley. We always expect Quigley, a shih-Tzu, to be obedient and he usually is. We only stayed one night and we kept him low profile, but your staff was respectful of his presence.
Upon arriving at Sheraton, we were approached by a mother and young daughter panhandler. We usually do not give to them, but because of the young girl who was very polite, we gave a few dollars, not thinking much about the encounter. As we entered the front door, a Sheraton Security guard was coming out and asked us if we had been approached. He then went to probably ask them to leave.
We are all about charity, but we appreciate that Sheraton cares and acts upon our safety and well-being.
We paid extra to have the Club privilege (so sad since when we became members ten years ago, it was standard for us to be upgraded.) That being said, your appetizers and breakfast were perfect for us.
Thanks Sheraton. We hope to have many more stays.

The only complaint is that the wine in the club is too expensive. They actually should be a half price rather then 3 to 4 times actual cost.
