An upgrade on the televisions in the rooms is sorely overdue. There is no HDTV and very limited channels. The hotel is great, staff are superior, Club Level excellent but the lack of HDTVs and the lack of HD channels really limits the entire hotel experience. Replacing TVs should begin in the Club Level.

I was stranded in the ice storm for 3 days. Although room service was discontinued one evening and maid service for a day because only half the staff could get in, it was a great place to be. Staff helpful & fun. Felt very safe there. Food was excellent!

A special thank you to the administrative staff who found my computer drive I left on the Club level and who sent it to me so carefully packed the very next day.
Also a great big thanks to Harriet the hostess on the Club level- her smile brightened even the earliest morning of my long stay.

I recently stayed for a children's conference. The comfort of the bed was superb. I ordered a breakfast to deliver at 06:30 am; it was delivered to the minute on time. I appreciated the enhanced elevator security; i felt very safe traveling alone. Thank you for an excellent experience.

The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and I had a choice whether or not to have my room cleaned daily. I still received clean towels when I needed them and I got a $5 certificate which I used in the restaurant. The food was very good there! The staff was also very friendly!!

Not sure the staff is trained since the management changeover. I had no recognition as a Gold SPG and had to ask for the upgrade (none avail), had to ask for the internet access code, was not provided with concierge access.

It was a busy weekend for hotel-seemed to have a dancing group in-house. Only down side was F&B-under staffed-closed restaurant early for cleaning had to go to Café which was very busy with no help! Fortunately for me staff had a great attitude and did not lose sense customer service.

We do business with you already and I thought that I could get a discount, but didnt. Room we got had a screaming baby next door. Switched rooms and the tele reception stank, I was to upset to get another room because that was already enough for me. I was unhappy with my first visit.

The hotel stay was average. My room smelled like stale smoke. The hotel charges for Internet access in the room, but access is free in the lobby. For business purposes, I paid for Internet access. The service in the hotel restaurant was slow at best. Room service was excellent.

The location to the airport was good and took advantage of the shuttle to the airport both going and coming. We enjoyed eating and the sports bar where they had half price drinks and appetizers. the rooms were very nice and staff was very friendly. Thanks for a great stay!

I booked the Club Level room for the food and beverage on the 12th floor, I book the Club Level every year, however this year they were CONSTANTLY running out of food before 9 AM and the food was cold on several occasions, very disappointed on the Club Level this year!!

This hotel needs a major refresh. Good people, good service - it is just the facilities that are lacking. Bathroom door wouldn't shut, stains on carpet, elevators that require card keys for every floor (difficult when 6 people get on elevator at same time).

No hot water at 5:45am on a Sunday. Hotel staff unwilling to do anything other than a simple "sorry" from the night clerk watching over the desk. Very disappointed. There are less expensive accomodations in the area that have hot water service in the rooms.

I dined in the restaurant late Tuesday night and the food was excellent and the service was even better. Although there weren't many Texas-sounding accents (LOL) those that were working were warm and kind and very accommodating. And the meal was very good!

I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, beds very comfortable and elevators were fast. The food at the restaurant was FABULOUS. I ate a variety of things and each meal was beautifully presented and tasted delicious! Great service as well.

The male staff at the front desk and the bellhop were very curt in speaking with them on the phone and upon arrival. It was only a one night stay but enough to ruin the experience. Next time I'm in the area, I will stay at a different hotel.

We have stayed at this hotel numerous times. It feels like a home away from home by now. As platinums we are upgraded and given club entry. The club is always pleasant. The ladies who work in the club are great and recognize us when we return. One of the nicer clubs we believe. The evening selections are fairly ordinary (hit & miss), however, breakfast is always good with hot dishes and fresh fruit, etc. With Asthma our room has to be de-feathered and dusted (feather particles everywhere), housekeeping is quick and efficient. We have stayed at other hotels where the procedure can take an hour which is unacceptable. We also like the location. It serves us well for the different locations we need to drive to on our trips... pretty central. There is an outdoor pool area. It would be a better area if there were umbrellas since it can really get hot in Dallas. Also, there must be an outside employee smoking area close by... I had to leave the pool as the only shady spot I could find was near the strong cigarette fumes. All in all a good Dallas airport hotel.

We found the hotel to be first rate. The staff friendly and efficient. Our only problem was a problem with the toilet on our second day and it was taken care of promptly.

This is a great hotle to stay at. My husband and I always stay here when we fly out of Dallas. It is so convient to leave our car at the hotel and take a shuttle to the airport. The staff is great and makes you feel at home.

Very convenient loation with complementary shuttle to/from DFW Airport. Hotel staff is great. Rooms are clean and very comfortable. Fitness room is top notch. Coffee bar and restaurant are a great plus.

The hotel is convenient to DFW and has a friendly staff. Love the coffee shop downstairs and restaurant had quick and courteous service. Computers in the lobby area were great. Nice areas to sit and wait or meet.

Surprising that I needed to crawl behind the desk and unplug the lamp in order to power my computer. Also, no outlet by the bed for my phone. This is not acceptable for a frequent business traveler.

We were there for a conference, so we ate almost every meal there. Most of the food was good, only one day during the conference where the food was not very good. Food in the restauraunt was very good.

We have no criticisms nor complaints about our recent stay at the Sheraton DFW. The staff was very cordial, always eager to be of assistance. The room was perfect. The restaurant meals were excellent.
