i am used of being in a hotel building. Sheraton Sunnyvale is an exemption. i love the ambiance, personnel or the staff are very helpful. (Greg and the nice friendly asian lady who checked us in friday nite of Feb. 15) was very detailed. We were very tired and before i ask a question she already know the answer like reading my mind. she was simultaneous and very detailed on our needs, especially everyone was very tired after a 2 1/2 hrs. drive.

No complaints about the product - the room is alright; comfortable enough although a bit tired looking. Good location.
Executive lounge is pretty sparse when compared to other SPG hotels or its peers.
Was pretty shocked to learn that the hotel didn't even have an elevator so I had to lug my heavy bag up the staircase late at night. At the corporate rate that my company has with this hotel, I wouldn't say it's true value for money.

This hotel has very nice features coupled with an exceptional staff from Manager down to maids. Very concerned with best comfort for guest on every level. Lovely clean large rooms, comfortable bed, well lite working space and comfortable chair/relaxing space. Concierge room a plus! Manager was exceptionally generous in extending me a special Lifetime Starwood Platinum favor. Very much appreciated. Five star property in my book!!!!

We were in Room 456. Very roomy and comfortable after a long drive from Santa Barbara. Looking forward to a nice shower before heading out, I had to wait 30 minutes while the shower drained after my wife's shower. Not a very clean feeling standing in soapy water while showering.

My stay with the hotel worked out very well. It was convenient to the airports in San Jose and San Francisco, and the office that I was working in during the week. I would suggest that the restaurant should open at 6am for breakfast, for people who start their workday at 7am.

I was put in room 151 which faces the freeway. I kept waking up with the noise from the freeway which was a horrible experience. I let the front desk know so they could put a note on my profile. It was too late in the evening to change rooms.
The prior rooms I have stayed in were all fine as they faced the courtyard or back of the facility.
I will make sure I book quieter rooms in the future. Everything else was ok.

Beds and Pillows were VERY comfortable++
Room was clean
Shower temperature is fiddly. Very hard to get something not cold and not scalding.
Card Key readers are "finicky". You have to use just the right speed to get them to work. I went through three cards until the front desk demonstrated the not-too-fast-not-too-slow method.
Room was quiet even though near a freeway.
Restaurant is good but quite expensive ($15-$18 for breakfast)
I chose this hotel due to its proximity to our new corporate location. This is the first visit back to Sheraton after 18 years. I travel a great deal and normally stay at Hilton properties. I will try one more week before returning to Hilton even though the commute is worse. The billing for my room was not correct and took 20 minutes to fix on checkout. Even then the deposit was charged to my credit card separately from the total bill. This creates problems for me in filing expense reports.

Stayed for work and the hotel was very nice and comfortable, and the location to the freeway was very convenient. I have since had to contact the front desk to help me with rebilling my stay to my corporate card, and Eleanor with the front desk has exceeded my expectations with her friendliness and willingness to go above and beyond to help me. I had a great stay at the Sheraton Sunnyvale this weekend.
Jocelyn helped with some changes for the weekend and greeted us on our arrival at the hotel with smile. Thanks Jocelyn!
The room were wonderful with a view of the pool area.

I tried this Sheraton once more, but they failed bad enough I checked out in the middle of my reservation. The week of the olympics none of the digital channels worked on the TV and I couldn't get the hotel to fix the TV or move my room. No local channels or Olympics. The tub didn't drain and didn't get fixed either. At least the bed and toilet worked...

The Sheraton Sunnyvale exceeded all my expectations. From the extremely clean, comfortable and functional room I was provided to the excellent lap swimming pool, beautiful and engaging restaurant, and outstanding guest services this hotel provides -- made this particular week-long business trip the most enjoyable and satisfying of all.

The staff here was great. I split my stay on this trip at another hotel nearby. The prices were comparable ...the experience was not even close. The Sheraton was a far better experience. The Sheraton is inventing its image and they are doing a great job. If you haven't stayed for awhile do your self a favor go.

Upon arrival being helped to my room by a coworker we both smelled an odd odor in the room, akin to mothballs. There was a small fruit fly like but in the bathroom and overall a very unpleasant experience. I expected a lot more from Sheraton, this place looks like a converted hotel that just doesnt make the grade.

Everyone was very gracious. We went as a family with two connecting rooms and had a fabulous time. The staff were so very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to any friend and family. The rooms were very nice with a patio to the pool. I will be returning again. Thanks for a great vacation!!!!

Great location and friendly staff. The rooms are large and up to the current Sheraton standard. There are a few two story buildings connected by an outdoor walkway. Some noise from to pool was distracting.
The club lounge was lame. Just a few cold offerings and a drink fridge. Better coffee in the lobby.

This was our first time staying here with our Travel Baseball team. Very serene. The FAZ restaurant had an excellent breakfast buffet…and Dinner there was top notch! Very nice grounds….

Everything was great, but the absolute best part was the delicious hot breakfast! The staff were all very accommodating and were kind enough to give us a late checkout. The kids had a great time at the pool and we loved having a room that opened up to the pool and spa area.

The Hotel service was great just the beds were very unconfortable to sleep on to my likes.The smell of the rooms were not the freshest. The # 1 reason I will not return is because I/we felt discriminated against some staff at the Faz ( dinning place in the Sheraton).

I was very disappointed that there was no free wifi and especially on the weekend. To charge an additional $9.95 for wifi was unacceptable. I can understand charging during the week, but most business transactions have ceased on weekends. Give me a break.

Almost every hotel or motel we have stayed at lately have free Wi-Fi , this $9.95 for 24 hrs at this hotel is really out of date with the times. An update and better services would be nice.

Without smiling face, we can live with it. But, it must have more patience than customers.
Don't know how to say 'Sorry" or "Excuse me".
Even the manager called in did not help much.
Worst of all, not recording my Starwood recognition related at all.

The hotel is surprisingly quiet given the location, at least for the rooms in the back. The onsite restaurant is good. The room was spacious and clean. However, the bed was too hard for me. I probably won't return simply because of that.

The hotel was very centrally located for our visit to the Bay Area. The rooms were clean, well appointed and quiet. We very much appreciate that our dog could stay with us and the staff accomodated our desire for first floor with a patio.

I always enjoy staying at this property. It feel a bit like home, with the nice green spaces and mature trees. A touch of the country in the heard of Silicon Valley.
