Rated 1 out of 5 by This hotel is not worth staying at This hotel was not even close of meeting my expectations. In fact it was the worst business hotel I have stayed at for years. September 13, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Condition of room The rug was dirty and stained in many places. The bathroom floor was never cleaned during our 6 day stay. The newspaper was supposed to have been delivered every morning....that happened only once. The lounge was closed on the weekend. We did get breakfast vouchers for those two days but only one voucher for a single drink, so we lost out on drinks and snacks after paying a lot for the club room. Felt somewhat cheated. Also found out we had paid too much for the room by booking through the main booking office. The front desk staff was wonderful, especially Yvonne and Stephanie and Stephen in the Lounge was also terrific. Btw, there should be a fridge in the room. August 28, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Probably won't be back I was extremely disappointed in this hotel. When I stayed there a few years ago, the service was so much better. The Club Room evening appetizers were good, but breakfast was not. It was very disappointing. My true issue was with my check in, there were three people behind the desk, none of them seemed to know what was going on, I finally got my room and had to walk across a court yard to get to it, but by the time I got there, I realized we didn't talk about any of the Platinum amenities available, didn't talk about the Club Room (figured that out on my own), The way I could sum it up is, not impressed.... For the money, I will stay in San Jose or another area Starwood hotel. August 21, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Bed! As a traveler one comes to appreciate the bed...and this was the best. I slept like a baby! There is construction going on but they did wait unti 0700 to start their engines! August 27, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Wonderful quick trip Front desk was very warm and professional down to the unexpected touches. Thank you for making our stay special. Always appreciated. August 26, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Nice hotel, staff not very knowledgable There was a party going on in the room next door, when I called down to complain, I was told they would send security. The noise continued for another 45 min! I asked if we could have a late check out time, and was told that was not available. We are Gold members. When we checked out I mentioned this and was told we should have been able to. August 18, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY Old, old hotel. Fitness room is actually in a hotel room. The ONE treadmill is from 1980's. Bike, elliptical. One of each. All packed into a room that was about 95 deg. Horrible experience for a $200 room. I worked hard to reach Platinum level but there are no benefits. No water in the room, no room upgrade. The Club level room was out of bottled water twice, the coffee machine was not operating. February 25, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good option for Santa Clara/ San Jose The hotel is family friendly, has a very nice swimming pool and well kept facilities although a bit old. The staff is cordial the restaurant has a several good options for lunch/dinning with good quality and the breakfast buffet is good and included on AAA rates. August 18, 2014
