Simple, quality rooms/bed, looking just like all Sheraton rooms. Didnt hear any loud neighbors or anything and had a nice sleep. pool area looked nice but didnt use. Had an issue with a second reservation that i cancelled a bit late, and management handled it well. Would definitely recommend.

I enjoyed my stay. Staff was great, and room was just what I wanted. My vpn connection did not work so well - but that gave me the excuse to relax.
One recommendation is to build a new facility. The place was built long ago, and it can not be renovated - a completely new facility is needed.

We recently spent two nights at the Sunnyvale Sheraton, just to get away. The accommodations were fine, we were comfortable, and the staff was fine, too. However, after spending Friday evening at :Christmas in the Park, we returned with plans to have a few drinks in the bar before retiring. To our surprise, we were refused service because there was a private party going on. The private party was in another room, and there were only two people sitting at the bar. We were not happy about this, and found it very unprofessional. We have traveled all over the world, and have never encountered anything like this.

Good hotel overall, but similar hotels in this price range are typically nicer. This is largely attributable to the fact that hotels in the Bay Area are all ridiculously overpriced.

This is a very nice hotel, many amenities, with easy freeway access. The beds are super comfortable and the employees are wonderful

My company paid for my trip so while the costs didn't come out of my pocket it was overpriced. I also can't believe I had to pay for WIFI. As the title suggests the hotel is showing it's age. Room was clean but a little worn. I noticed rust on the bathroom light fixture. Staff was great.

This is 2nd "franchised" Sheraton that I have experienced careless and MOTEL like stay. The franchise owners have ONLY one thing in mind - cut cost, hire staff that is not upto quality. No care for even recognizing the if I am SPG gold member, not courtesy of saying WIFI is free or not. The breakfast staff is OK but when asked for Begal slitter, his response wait :).
Its high end MOTEL.

The suite I reserved for my family and I was not ready when I arrived. When it was ready I entered the room it was so smoky from cigarette smoking from prior guest that did not follow the rules. I began coughing and could barely breath. I informed the front desk they apologized and immediately called management to work on accommodating me. This was their only suite. So they were able to get me two adjoining rooms with club level access complimentary. Thank-you Sheraton! I had a great stay with my daily!
