The room was spacious and extremely clean, and the club lounge was very nice. In-room ethernet and wireless access provided great connectivity. The elevators were a bit clunky, but didn't detract from the quality of the stay.

The comforter on the bed was so cozy, the pillows were perfect and the mattress was super comfortable....all of this made this one of my favorite hotels to stay at!

The hotel staff were very nice and accomodating. As Starwood gold I requested an upgrade but none were available. The front desk staff did offer me the ability to use the club lounge. I really appreciated this option.
Room 528 was clean and adequately designed. AC is pretty loud but the sound does drown out the highway noise.
The rooms do have wireless, but the signal was spotty, they do also have wired but mine wasn't working. The first night I was able to get online from my room but the signal wasn't strong enough to get to my work VPN. I could get to other websites. I went to the lobby and still had trouble, the front desk quickly got me their IT guy. He got me a new cable for the room but still wouldn't work. Eventually I was able to get on in the lobby, but only if I stayed write by the reception desk.
The next morning I worked in the computer area in the lobby the hotel manager, remembered my trouble from the night before and checked to make sure I was connected OK.
I didn't ask but seeing my issues with internet they did remove the fee from my bill.

The room was not worth the money. I had screaming kids knocking on my hotel door and had to listen to a baby crying all night. Their was no lounge for coctails. Very disappointed for the money.

I heard this hotel isn't known for stellar customer service, but I didn't know that the rooms and bldg itself are subpar too. To begin, when I checked in after a long day at work, my keys to my room didn't work. I had to go to the front desk 3 separate times to get new keys before I finally gave up and just asked for a new room. The front desk clerks never thought to compensate me for my trouble or even offer another room as an option, I had to ask for another room and didn't even bother to ask for compensatory damages. I honestly think they would have been confused by that courtesy. Then the ceiling light in my bathroom did not work, and I let the front desk know that as well. Three days later, it still wasn't fixed. I bet it's not fixed today. Finally, the sheets were stained. Luckily, I had a room with double beds, so I didn't even bother to complain. After the keys to my first room not working properly and then no one caring to fix the light in my bathroom, I just gave up. Think twice before you stay here....I sure will. Really disappointed in SPG and Sheraton.

The assistant manager was very rude to me and my wife, But Jeff was very helpful and got us a room even though what we reserved was overbooked. The assistant manager should go work for the DMV with an attitude like that.

Housekeeping was laziest ever. trash was not collected, left in the bins, empty glasses left on the night stand, used towels left on the chair/table.
All that housekeeping did was to make the bed - nothing else.

tHE ROOM WAS RECENTLY REDONE. iT WAS SPACIOUS AND VERY CLEAN. THE FURNIATURE WAS VERY NICE. AS USUAL THE BED WAS OH SO COMFORTABLE. THE STAFF COULDN'T HAVE BEEN ANY NICER OR FRIENDLIER.

Hotel very good, new elevators(Yeah!!)
great business conference room space.
Housekeeping forgot to clean coffee maker and replenish creamers. Cable TV in bedroom had no signal.

We spent just one night after going to a Red Sox game. Spent some time at the bar and had a bite to eat. The hotel is beautiful. Room was huge. Will stay again soon.

Elevators were very slow, had to wait 5 to 10 mins. Food in rest. was very average. Carpet was torn and thread bearing. Paint on room door was chipped. Stains on carpet. Staff was excellent though.

Hotel is fine. Disappointed that I've spent over 100 nights in the hotel since 2010 and still have to remind them that I'm platinum for my amenity and ask for water. Upgrades are also very scarce.

Had a great stay at this hotel. Thought I would only be one night, needed a second night. The staff was great in securing that. Rooms are very comfortable, and the location was very convienient.

Very nice hotel. Food was amazing. Decor was really fun. Very clean, great price. Staff was terrific. The elevators were really really bad, loud and shaky. Aside from that it was really great!

Very frequent traveler so I see just about everything, but this place was just terrible.
A new lobby is nice, but the rest of the stay was below any Sheraton I have stayed in this year.
Scotch Tape and items hanging from the guest room ceiling? Never saw that before.
Some elevators not working and people waiting 5 mins to catch an elevator is crazy.
No Club Floor Room, but had access.
It was a mess in the evening when I stopped in. No cold water bottles, just warm bottled water! Food was the worst of any I've stayed at and nothing consistent. Run out of something replace it with something else.
Breakfast was worse!
Almost every table had dirty dishes.
They were out of coffee cups while three of us waited for someone to appear.
Sub par food selection and I am being nice by saying "Sub par".
To start the morning off the shower suddenly goes to cold water. A few minutes later it's back to normal, then back to cold again.
I will say the pool looked nice, but I was on business and there's not much time to take a swim!
I would suggest the three people standing in the check-in area with nothing to do could maybe help the girl upstairs with the club guests.
Same thing in the evening, the guy was completely overwhelmed with a whopping crowd of ten!

The grounds are relaxing and welcoming, the rooms were spacious and comfortable and the location was easy to get to. Staff was informative and very helpful.
