Stayed June 10 - 13 was a terrible experience. 3. Only one OLD elevator 2. Musty Smelling Hotel, seriously is calling for a makeup but most of all 1. Hotel Room Keys DON"T WORK – Room 517 Every night same story, go up, try, go down get another key, go up, try and then maintenance guy had to open door. Stood in hallway for 20 minutes before a bell hop came by and saved me! Ridicules! I had to change room keys 5 times up and down that one OLD elevator, told maintenance was going to fix the room key lock, asked 4 times if they did or were going to. Maintenance guy even told me don’t leave the room for the night. UNBELEIVABLE! If you do have to stay don’t stay in room 517. <One unhappy traveler>

Sometimes my husband joins me while I'm staying at a hotel for work and he did this last week. So when I booked the room, I booked a king size bed. When we got to the hotel to check in I was told that there were no king sized beds left and we could have 2 doubles. My husband is really tall and his feet hang off the end of a double bed. We got upset and the woman at the desk said she could not see any but perhaps the other woman there could see something. This was incredibly unprofessional in my mind. The other woman can "see" a room and has to enter some sort of code to "release" the room. How ridiculous! I will avoid Sheraton's in the future if this is the stupid little game you play with people.

It was my husband's birthday, we have visitors at our home so I decided to take my husband out to celebrate. I reserved this room over the phone and ordered the Romance Package, nothing fancy just some wine, fruits and breakfast in the am. I decided I was going to check the room prior my husband's arrival, which thank God I did, the Romance Package was not there, I had to call the front desk for it. The staff when I came to check in was not friendly at all, they were not rude, but usually they ask how are you doing, how can I help you or something like that. The lady who did my check in didn't even look at my face, not a single smile or a friendly reception. It was very frustrating because you feel you are not welcomed.Like mentioned before the Romance Package was missing and to make it even worst the breakfast was not prepared as we ordered, the eggs were horrible and it was missing the sugar :( we called the front desk to request some but they never came to deliver it. Our bathtub was wet when we came in, we joked that someone may had use prior to our arrival, but it was just dripping, nothing serious! Needless to say, it was a bad experience, but we are willing to try it again to see if we overcome the bad experience we had.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Teacher63 A great stay
We stayed here for a weekend trip to Boston and to attend my 50th reunion from Framingham State University. Our room was renovated, clean, quiet, spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The staff at the front desk were helpful with directions. Special thanks to Derek for providing shuttle service to the college. We will definitely stay here again.

The gym just underwent a much-needed renovation, and is now decent but not big enough. You often have to wait to use the cardio machines in the morning. I stay at this hotel often and always reserve a king bed, but am almost always given 2 double beds. The club lounge offers a pretty good breakfast (eggs, oatmeal, fruit, coffee) for platinum members.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Bigdog Not to SPG standards
Stayed in this hotel twice in the last 4 weeks as it is the only SPG option west of Boston. The hotel claims to have been recently remodeled but it is closer to a Red Roof than one of the newer Sheraton's. Staff was overwhelmed and although acknowledged SPG paltinum stauts, found it easier to put me in a room off the lobby that was part of convention meeting rooms, rather than override the computer for SPG level. Doors dont close properly, fould odor in the hotel. Starwood needs to close theis for a year and do a complete rebuild rather than room b room remodels.
