I was very disappointed in the security at the hotel as our team manager had several hundred dollars worth of damage done to his car in the hotel parking lot and very little was done or offered to alleviate the situation. The lighting in the parking lot was not on at night leading to his car being vandalized. With small children, I did not feel comfortable as a result and would rather look to stay at another hotel when our organization participates at hockey tournaments in that area in the future.

I am writing this review because of very exceptional care by the Front Desk Staff, Mr. Tim Gallagher. Not only this time but also even before I became the Platinum member of SPG, he asked my preferred room and always tried to accommodate my need by going beyond and above. His kindness and genuine care makes me to book this hotel over and over again. Thanks, Tim!!

Great location outside Boston. No refrigerator in room which was an inconvenience . Would request front room as apposed to back. Warehouse in back of building had trucks backing up with beeping all night long into early morning. Hotel was clean, tastefully updated and easy access to Mass Pike.

We were travelling all day and arrived late, the agent was great and looked after us quickly, the hotel was busy and very clean. My daughter loved both pools.

This hotel is in need of a facelift as it is starting to look its age, be it the seemingly 1970's color scheme, the tiny elevators or the general appearance of the furnishings. At the same time the platinum lounge was not overrun with kids and the hallways quiet (unlike previous stays where it seemed that the only guests were school and sports teams.) It is a solid hotel - nothing fancy but a good location and you know what you can expect before you get there.

This property is showing its age. It could use a complete renovation and would be an amazing place to stay again. My room was clean and the furniture in the room was newer.
Let's start with the good-great:
1. Very comfy beds with nice linens.
2. Nice towels and toiletries
3. Hot water with good water pressure
4. Very friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure a quality stay.
5. Breakfast buffet was excellent, make sure you try out the custom omelettes!
I had some trouble with the internet that Beethoven at the front desk was able to get fixed right away.
Overall, I slept well which is most important to me. With some new wall coverings and fresh carpeting this property would definitely move up on my list for this region. Thank you!

I was pleased to return this hotel after staying there last August. There are a few little things that need improvement.
1. I was not recognized as an SPG member and did not receive the free internet code. Being on a strict travel budget, I needed the free Internet.
2. Parking remains a little tricky, there could be some better signage there.
3. Some of the facilities are a little ragged around the edges.
That said, the food was delicious at Postern and well worth the prices I paid! Cheers to Michael, the bartender-he was excellent. And the food was delicious! I'm also pleased that my requests for extra pillows were honored and that there were extra toiletries for the shower and sink.
I think this hotel has a lot of promise-it just needs some TLC and renovation. I certainly like its proximity to (1) The Massachusetts Turnpike and (2) Boston. I'm looking forward to returning soon.
