This hotel is in need of a facelift as it is starting to look its age, be it the seemingly 1970's color scheme, the tiny elevators or the general appearance of the furnishings. At the same time the platinum lounge was not overrun with kids and the hallways quiet (unlike previous stays where it seemed that the only guests were school and sports teams.) It is a solid hotel - nothing fancy but a good location and you know what you can expect before you get there.

This property is showing its age. It could use a complete renovation and would be an amazing place to stay again. My room was clean and the furniture in the room was newer.
Let's start with the good-great:
1. Very comfy beds with nice linens.
2. Nice towels and toiletries
3. Hot water with good water pressure
4. Very friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure a quality stay.
5. Breakfast buffet was excellent, make sure you try out the custom omelettes!
I had some trouble with the internet that Beethoven at the front desk was able to get fixed right away.
Overall, I slept well which is most important to me. With some new wall coverings and fresh carpeting this property would definitely move up on my list for this region. Thank you!

I was pleased to return this hotel after staying there last August. There are a few little things that need improvement.
1. I was not recognized as an SPG member and did not receive the free internet code. Being on a strict travel budget, I needed the free Internet.
2. Parking remains a little tricky, there could be some better signage there.
3. Some of the facilities are a little ragged around the edges.
That said, the food was delicious at Postern and well worth the prices I paid! Cheers to Michael, the bartender-he was excellent. And the food was delicious! I'm also pleased that my requests for extra pillows were honored and that there were extra toiletries for the shower and sink.
I think this hotel has a lot of promise-it just needs some TLC and renovation. I certainly like its proximity to (1) The Massachusetts Turnpike and (2) Boston. I'm looking forward to returning soon.

I was very impressed with how attentive, courteous and knowledgeable the staff was during my stay. Orlando was awesome! I will definitely return to this hotel when I am back in the area.

The front desk staff and restaurant staff were great. Tony was our server in the restaurant and he made my daughter's day. She didn't like the pasta she ordered and he had no problem bringing her something else. We loved the pool too!
My only issue was with the food choices in the Club Lounge both in the evening and morning. I was hoping for more variety at breakfast (cereal, English muffins, bacon), and more than 1 hot item in the evening. I also hoped there were more snacks available besides apples. Also, it didn't seem like the cooler with the water and soda was working. The water was warm.

Even for Sheratons this place is tired... pealing wall paper, dirty carpet, worn room furniture, spartan and overly compact bathrooms, variable water pressure.... This place needs a lot of TLC. There is a warehouse behind the hotel with loud trucks backing up, and highway on the front side... either way it's not the most peaceful place.
The restaurant offers a good variety of meal and beverage options; when they get busy orders take a long time. The gym is very good; offers wide selection of cardio / weight equipment. The TV's do have "StayConnect" feature that allows you to control the TV from your phone - pretty cool.
All this said, there are no other SPG hotels in the region, so you're kind of stuck with this.

The staff are very friendly and will go the extra mile to make your stay unique. The room was clean and the bed incredibly comfortable. I was surprised they don't use pillow covers before putting pillow cases on because it exposes the pillow on one end. So i was able to see some stains on it. Housekeeping happily replaced these with 2 new pillows.
