problem. They helped me set up a room for me my final
night stay that I did not have to move my belongings.

This was my first stay at this hotel and, generally, it went quite well. On check-in, we were upgraded to a club floor room. This was appreciated. The room was nicely appointed, although the bathroom is very small. The Club Lounge is quite nice, except that the seating arrangement is somewhat unusual for a Sheraton. At times in the morning it was hard to find a seat for breakfast. The Lounge is only staffed for the breakfast and evening and ,even at these times, it was hard to find staff. Breakfast was particularly problematic with lots of dirty dishes building up. Access to the Lounge is not controlled. On the first evening, I went in there after dinner and the whole Lounge seemed to be occupied by a family group. Someone was even changing a baby on the Lounge floor. We had dinner both nights at the hotel. Dinner is served in the bar area. I would have preferred to sit in the regular restaurant. Service both nights was excellent. The food was quite good except for my main meal on the second night was disappointing. I had the ribs which came highly recommended by the staff but which really had no taste. More like a pot roast. Staff around the hotel were helpful and friendly. We did not use any of the facilities such as pool and exercise room, although they were well equipped. The hotel sits in a nice area and is convenient for getting to most places in the Ann Arbor area. We will certainly be back.

The Sheraton Ann Arbor staff is generally polite and responsive. Unfortunately, the maintenance of the facilities, specifically the broken treadmills left me unsatisfied with my stay. The workout facilities feel relatively small compared to the size of the hotel and having not one, but two broken treadmills is unacceptable. Regarding other areas in the hotel, I do not expect the St. Regis, but the housekeeping could be more prompt about clearing out room service trays and dishes that seemed to be left in the hall for long periods of time.

I stay here pretty regularly, and I'm pretty regularly disappointed by certain consistent inconsistencies. The club lounge didn't even have an attendant this morning, was completely out of scrambled eggs at 7:30, and the espresso machine was out of order (which is almost always the case at this place). They have two full SPG floors and somehow were not able to get me on one of them despite platinum status. The staff seem to be pretty indifferent, unfriendly, apathetic, and unaccomodating.

It is clear that this location is for business or convention type affairs and not for youth sports teams, particularly hockey. The staff is non-responsive to confirming teams rooms and is not accommodating to youth sports teams utilizing banquet rooms unless purchasing full service banquets, etc. This would contain the teams and increase the experience of other patrons of the hotel.
Separately, for a 3-star hotel the TV channels and access leave a lot to be desired.

This is one of the nicest hotels in Ann Arbor and I have stayed here several times because my daughter is a student at Michigan. I am a Starwood gold member and travel tons. I have never been to any hotel with WORSE sheets than this hotel and we were on the SPG Gold level for preferred members. PLEASE PLEASE upgrade your sheets. This bed was not so heavenly.

I am trying to write an email to the address firstname.lastname@example.org, which I obtained through the Contact Us section; however, it returned undeliverable.
I'm writing with regards to my stay from 1.25.16 to 1.28.16 this past week.
I was disappointed to see that upon arrival, there was a garbage can full of empty beer cans and gatorade bottles as well as a dirty microwave from the last tenants. I questioned the thoroughness of the cleaning given to the rest of the room because of this.
I was also very upset to learn that it appears that the Sheraton does not carry NBATV in this location, yet they have nearly every other sports channel (e.g., ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNCL, NFL Network, MLB Network, NHL Network, Golf Channel). I quite literally only care about the NBATV channel, so this was very disappointing. Does the Ann Arbor Sheraton have any plans to acquire this network, or perhaps I somehow missed it in the Guide?
I was planning on staying at the Sheraton Ann Arbor nearly every week through the summer. I am hoping that my trip next week will be better.
