Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Staff and Facilties The staff at this Sheraton was one of the best I have encounter at any hotel I have visited. The front desk, the engineering, and cleaning staffs were fantastic. The building was built in the 7O's but you would not notice it by the way the staff has maintained the structure. The interior is beautiful with many outstanding art pieces. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. November 17, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Check in is poor Make sure you bring your confirmation information with you. The check in clerk tried to give us a double room even though we booked a king room. This was for a wedding and at least 4 people in our group had this problem. October 27, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Not worth the money After taxes our room came to almost $200 dollars for a king bed and a pull-out sofa bed. I have 2 teenage girls. When I asked about a pool - yes you have one but how nice - it was empty when we stayed. There was also no WIFI (unless you pay $10 a night) - no breakfast unless you pay $10-$15 a person . The toliet paper was as generic as they could find and the towels were ratty and frayed . We had one small shampoo and condidtioner in the bathroom for 4 people. Then we were told we could use the other hotel's pool - we go over there and it is so cloudy and murky the girls didn't want to get in it. The only thing decent about this place was the pillows. Rated 1 out of 5 by Service Ordered room service at 8 pm...waited an hour & was told they'd send it up....waited another hour...no food...when I called front desk, they explained that hotel was full and only one person working room service..why didn't they know that they were going to be busy? Don't they check their reservations? Terrible service, cannot get connected to wifi either...worst Sheraton I have ever experienced!!! November 1, 2011

Nice clean hotel with some great restaurants right next door.Rooms were small but clean.My only bad review was when I booked hotel it said Airport transportation but right before I arrived it said transportation was limited.I do not remember seeing the word limited when I booked my flights. They said I would have to take a taxi and that it costs $25.Well I lucked out as some other guests were also leaving early in the morning so they hired a guy to come in early to bring us to airport.I would check with hotel before you book flights about transportation times and get it in writing. Rated 4 out of 5 by Simply things Suggestions would be the breakfast bar is expensive especially for older people, most do not eat $19 worth of food in the morning. The other thing that would be nice is to include in the room next to the TV a listing of the TV channels, I personally rather look at a listing to find NBC, etc not have to find the TV menu for the listing. Rated 3 out of 5 by Bad experience We attended a Convention the week end of Oct 10-12,2014. Reservations were made a year ago and when we got there they had given our rooms away. We had 4 rooms . We kept checking with them throughout the year to make sure reservations were still I order. But apparently that didn't. Make a difference either. reserved that were to be adjoining rooms. We reguested to be on main floor so as not to use elevator. They put us on the lower floor where the pool was and was so musty and stuffy we couldn't stay there. They eventually moved us to the 4th floor, but still no adjourning rooms or together. Service not what you expect at a Sheraton Hotel. Food at the convention was not good at all. Most of the time it was cold. Would not recommend this Sheraton to anyone. BAD experience. Think we should have been compensated for the trouble we had for the weekend. An unhappy guest.
