The rooms are spacious and the bed comfortable however the room temperature control did not function well. Even though I could change the temperature setting for the room it did not seem to actually do anything. Also it's the little things that count and the alarm clock is old and does not have connector to allow me to plug in MP3 player and the microwave was old and did not have one touch settings.

Let me start out by saying, i have stayed here several times in the past and it was awesome. this time not so much. 1st off when we got to our room the toilet was clogged and not by us.The showere was not working properly and the tub would fill up with the dirty water.The room was not as clean as expected. Part of our stay, we didnt get hand towel or toiletries.One day they came to clean our room so we left for an 11/2hr, when we got back it wasnt touched. I called front dest they said they would send someone up ASAP. They called back and said they were all out to lnuch and that it would be a half hour. I said ok but it has to be soon cause my child needs a nap. They showed up over a hour later!! this put us out for the day and my daughter never got her nap, so if you have children you know what the rest of the day and night was like! There were other miner issues but i can over look them

Overall Very nice. Drove out of my way to stay here based on other reviews and glad I did. Stayed in one of the split level suites which gave plenty of space for my kids to enjoy themselves while affording my wife and I much needed quiet.. P.S. Views of the waterfalls were very nice and their sound was very relaxing for a great nights sleep! would definitely stay there again if passing by..

THIS PLACE WAS AMAZING AND VERY COMFORTABLE. THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND THEY MET ALL OUR EXPECTATIONS. THERE STAFF WAS SO EASY TO TALK TO AND THEY WERE VERY ACCOMIDATING. THERE FOOD WAS EXVELLENT WE ATE THE RESTRAUNT ABOUT FOUR TIMES AND ALL FOUR TIMES IT WAS EVEN MORE IMPRESSIVE. THE VEIW IS UNBELIEVABLE AND THE POOL IS EVEN BETTER! VERY RELAXING WE CANNOT WAIT TO GET BACK ASAP!!

I travel for my job quite offen so I have stayed in several hotels over the years. My experience was very postive during my stay, the food was excellant BUT what I really appreciate when I order room serivce that when two young men brought my breakfast one came in and the other held the door open. I know that this is for your company protection but I felt protected as well. Thank you.

Located right next to waterfall stream, major highway and railway, the room needed better sound-proof. Throughout night, my and wife couldn't get a good sleep even for an hour as trains pass by, loud motor vehicle pass by and emergency car pass by.
As platinum, I've stayed in a number of Starwood properties and this was the noisiest room, though it's the jr. suite on the club level.

I stay at this hotel every week and not a day has gone by there that I don't feel like I am right at home. The staff instantly recognizes who I am and they are always more than accommodating to whatever I may need. I have a choice of different hotels to stay at for work, but it truly is the people that work there that keep me coming back.
Shout out to Athena. She is AWESOME!

The room was spacious. My only negative comments are: the heating fan blew all the time and it felt like cold air. We could have used 2 robes in the closet instead of just 1. And we would have liked 4 bath towels instead of just 3. For the prices in the restaurant, I would have liked fresh brewed iced tea instead of a mix. I also didn't appreciate the neighboring rooms barking dog.

1st floor, great view of the Cuyahoga River, Rooms were large, comfortable, private. The only thing is I would change the carpet and clean the AC filter. You could sell it a bit. But when AC is off the room was very comfortable and odor went away. Carpet was a little funky though.
One of the best stays I have had, staff was very attentive and helpful with all our needs.

Food at restaurant took 2 hrs and was terrible
Tv in the living room didnt work
Ac stop working
Asked for a manager to call me, "deana" or "tiana" refused telling me no manager was on duty at 7 pm at night on a Monday
Simply the worse Sheraton I have ever been
Will never recommend

This hotel is one of the nicest. the river view is beautiful. the rooms are clean and quiet. Unfortunately on this weekend getaway, I had a room across the hall from 2 non stop barking dogs. I love dogs, but I was there for a quiet much needed rest. The staff was very nice about moving me down the hall. I think the pet rooms should be in a certain area.

I'm sure the "falls" side view is lovely. However this side also faces the railroad tracks and the trains have to blow their whistles at every crossing (I counted 4 in my hearing distance). Trains run starting at 4 am and seem to come every half hour thereafter. After hearing 2 sets, I just got up at 5 - no way to fall back to sleep with another coming every 20 min or so.

Was not offered an upgrade, and was hardly acknowledged for my gold status. Service could have been better when checking-in.
Otherwise a great facility with beautiful scenery from the restaurant. Very comfortable bed. Great value.

My daughters wedding night.
I Purchased the sweetheart package:
Didn't get it. They did refund it, the moment was lost.
1st of all, on the phone, the res. lady told me I could prob see a room. I went in to pay & when I ask the girl, she acted like I was putting her out. (the rooms were full, so she said).
My new son-in-law was told he had to give a $50.00 deposit. I came in early & paid for the room. Why didn't they tell me, so he didn't have to be bothered. (He thought I didn't pay for all of it!).
They charged $4.00 for a water the couple took. They said there was a sign on it. The first one is complimentary? I thought this was a classy place?? To begin with $4.00 for a water you probably paid $0.25 for. Over $300.00 for a room & you have to pay for the water that's already in it.
It just wasn't the place I thought it was.
I expected Great service, An unforgettable experience in a 5 star place.
What I got was
Attitude, confusion, apparently someone not making sure they're ready for Guests and feeling a combo of (flea market & corporate greed) over the water.

Everything is up to Sheraton standards at this property except the restaurant service which should be on Restaurant Impossible. Having to ask a bunch of waiters who are standing around chatting for service is absurd. Charging $2.50 each for coffee/juice at a buffet is crazy. Waiting over 30 minutes for nachos and a hamburger at 10PM on a Friday night is just not acceptable.

What a pleasant experience. We were met at the front door, check in was quick and easy, and our room was perfect. Had plenty of towels,c lean and the bed was very comfortable. My favorite aspect of this hotel was the staff- everyone was so pleasant and accomodating. Not overdone just to get a good rating, but genuine. I will recommend thsi hotel to Trip Advisor.

I stay at your Hotel every month. The food in the morning at the Club Lounge is not except able! . A suggestion would be to ask some of the other managers in the chain. In my last review I gave a few examples of other Sheraton's that I visit frequently and I feel they do it right. You have a beautiful hotel and the Club food just needs some improvement.

I've been to the hotel's resaurant (Piatto Novo) several times and never took real notice of the hotel. I booked a whirlpool room to celebrate my wedding anniversary and I was so pleased with the accommodations. The room was clean and very spacious. The staff was outstanding and very courteous. The club floor and the ammenities are well worth a return trip

I was a little displeased with my stay. When booking, the staff warned me that the sound of the rushing water might be too loud (it was not) but they did NOT warn me about the train passing by and blowing it's horn a few times through the night. The jacuzzi tub was also the shower which was awkward but overall the hotel was clean and comfortable.

Had a great stay at Cuyahoga Falls Sheraton. Hotel is situated right at the Falls and we had a lovely view from our room. Rooms were clean and updated and the beds truly heavenly! Staff was super nice too! We look forward to coming back and will most definitely recommend to anyone travelling to the Akron area. thanks for a great weekend!

Room design is perfect, especially if there are two people in the room and you need to close off the bedroom from the living/office area.
Bathroom area is spacious and allows for two people to get ready w/o stepping on each other.
Gym and pool are top notch; Life Fitness equipment is top of the line.
Resturant, food & view are excellent.

The Sheraton Cuyahoga Falls is one of the most comfortable and accommodating hotels that I've ever booked. The beds are very comfortable which is a rarity it seems. The food is excellent and the staff is great. The river view is pleasing. You can definitely relax and rejuvenate at the Sheraton Cuyahoga Falls at the end of the day.

We had a very enjoyable trip thanks to your wonderful staff. They were very accommodating and helped us plan a party in 1 day which included horsdourves and cocktails. The Desk and Restaurant staff are very friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this area.

I am very dissatisfied with the Hotel Manager.
We had problems and was told she would be contacting us but so far it has not happened.
The young man at the front desk could not have been nicer. Very attentive and very helpful even though he could not do anything about the problem.
Would like to speak to someone about this problem.

Check In and Out was a breeze. The room was very comfortably arranged. Could have used an HD version of ESPNU, but that's being picky. I would have preferred a little higher grade of toilet paper and some softer towels. Overall though, our stay was very satisfactory and if we go back to Cuyahoga Falls will probably stay here again.

The hotel is located right by the river and there are a number of interesting shops and restaurants in walking distance. The suites are large and nicely appointed with free parking.The Club Lounge may be the worst ever - no staff on duty so dishes pile up, minimal food (not even cream for the coffee) and little choice in items.

I was at the hotel for a 2 week stay, I was greeted with a smile and a hearty "Welcome". I was offered a choice of 2 rooms. From the time I check in until the time I checked out. Everything was PERFECT!!. Incredably friendly staff. Clean and organzied facility. I would reconmmed this hotel to anyone staying in the Akron area.

As a handler, I need a hotel with great facilities for the dog but also meet the needs of the people in the room for food, comfort, etc. We have been coming here for dog shows twice a year for three years...and this hotel is one of the best in the country...second only to the Affinia in Manhattan when we show at Westminster.

Simon at the front desk is marvelous!!! he was so helpful and accommodating upon our arrival.
The bed in room 21 is terrible. It sags and is not comfortable. Other than that, this room is absolutely magnificent. The Bar/lounge is a wonderful facility. Its fun, affordable and pleasant.
We will definitely stay there again.
