Rated 2 out of 5 by Wally Rooms are dirty and more
I have stayed there twice in the last 2 weeks. both times the carpeting in the rooms were dirty. the lighting in the bathroom appeared to be a 3 watt bulb. the coffee pots need changed or at least cleaned (terrible). Called the desk and ask if coffee available in the lobby. NO...6am only coffee available is in room with dirty coffee maker. only had 2 creamers for starbucks coffee which is already too strong. Beautiful hotel, but management must be always asleep. I will not stay there again. I was new to the area as my brother critical ill in akron city hospital. NO EXCUSE FOR DIRT...NONE NONE!!!!!!!!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by izymassage Sheraton satisfaction
We've had very satisfactory stays the last 2 years, where the staff on the ground exceeded expectations in a majority of areas. Last year's stay had a rough spot with one server, which although promised to be compensated by last year's mgt, never materialized. Glad I brought this up to the national reservation line- because the current mgt and staff were informed bent over backwards to review the issue and keep us as satisfied returnees. The total experience this trip was all mgt and staff are customer service focused, and seem to take it in stride as to who they are. Very nice. Only disappointment was I wish we were informed the pool and spa areas were under renovation as I love a spa after working out in their excellent fitness room.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Steve99 Wish the pool had been open
The Hotel was luxurious and the Sunday brunch sumptuous. Unfortunately, during our one-night stay, the pool was closed for annual maintenance, which displeased our 8-year-old. Otherwise, little was left to desire (save for warmer weather).

Rated 3 out of 5 by tootiredtohaveaname Don't try to sleep in past 4am
I'm sure the "falls" side view is lovely. However this side also faces the railroad tracks and the trains have to blow their whistles at every crossing (I counted 4 in my hearing distance). Trains run starting at 4 am and seem to come every half hour thereafter. After hearing 2 sets, I just got up at 5 - no way to fall back to sleep with another coming every 20 min or so.

Rated 5 out of 5 by KyleP Self-contained, comfortable hotel
The Sheraton Cuyahoga Falls is one of the most comfortable and accommodating hotels that I've ever booked. The beds are very comfortable which is a rarity it seems. The food is excellent and the staff is great. The river view is pleasing. You can definitely relax and rejuvenate at the Sheraton Cuyahoga Falls at the end of the day.

Rated 5 out of 5 by MaryMM Updated and wonderful staff
What a pleasant experience. We were met at the front door, check in was quick and easy, and our room was perfect. Had plenty of towels,c lean and the bed was very comfortable. My favorite aspect of this hotel was the staff- everyone was so pleasant and accomodating. Not overdone just to get a good rating, but genuine. I will recommend thsi hotel to Trip Advisor.

Rated 3 out of 5 by ANTOGO The hotel is nice but never expected internet failures
I didn't like this time that out of 4 days, I couldn't connect to the Internet at all from my room. The connection was really bad that the cursor was just spinning trying to get connected. My room number 533.
