Rated 4 out of 5 by Excellent staff and service The staff at this hotel exemplifies 'service', be it from the type of platinum room upgrade #choice given whether we wanted an upgraded room on the club floor or a suite on another floor#, the valets/ doorman #we could leave the car out front as we were going out again in an hour or we or they could park it for us# or the restaurant staff #very responsive and unobtrusive but always there when you wanted them# - definitely a place to recommend! Rated 4 out of 5 by Great platinum recognition This is the first time, when checking in, that I have been asked if I wanted an upgraded room on the Club floor or if I wanted a suite on another floor (as the suites on the Club floor were not available) - definitely a good approach to the whole issue of platinum upgrades. The Club lounge on the top floor had fantastic views of the city and the appetizers, breakfast etc were good. When we checked in the doorman asked us when we needed the car again and when we said that we would want our car in an hour, he suggested leaving it with him out front instead of us (or them) parking it - once again offering a guest choices! Rated 3 out of 5 by Bad beds Beds were hard. Sleeper sofa was aweful. Springs could be seen through the mattress. The room was clean. Staff was amazing. But our room was next to the elevator and the noise was deafening. The coffee pot didn't work. And our room never cooked down. Not up to Sheraton standards. June 1, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Thanks The hotel met my needs as expected. The staff exceeded my expectations from the people at the front desk to the person delivering food service to my room. What blew me away the most was the shuttle driver! I left my wallet on the shuttle bus when I was dropped off at the airport and he turned around. THANK YOU THANK YOU May 11, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by EXCELLENT BUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The only down side to this hotel was the women who clean the rooms were very inconsiderate on Saturday morning. With a do not disturb sign posted on the door we were awaken at 8:45 to the very loud voices of the women talking. They were at our door so long that I climbed from my warm bed to ask them to please be quiet. February 18, 2015
