I just stayed at the hotel and I plan to go back next week again. A very important factor to me is that the hotel is very clean. This hotel met my expectations. The staff was very nice and helpful as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel

My rate was misquoted, and since I didn't have a paper confirming the rate, ended up getting lectured unnecessarily by the person at the front desk on the difference between a king and two doubles. Had I signed off on the rate, I wouldn't have had to listen to him as the rate would have been the rate. waste of time.

The person that checked us in was very courteous and very nice, but he programmed the check out time incorrectly. As a result, I had to go up and down the elevator 3 times with a baby that needed badly a diaper change to get into my room after breakfast.
Still, just a minor glitch in an otherwise perfect stay.

We were very pleased with our room and our total experience at The Sheraton Syracuse University location. From the time we checked in until the time we checked out, all of our expectations were exceeded and then some. Carlos at the front desk, was the first staff member we met. He was wonderful and so helpful. He is the perfect example of how first impressions carry through the entire experience. I needed a handicapped shuttle to the Dome for our daughters graduation, everything ran so smoothly I didn't have to worry at all. Ernie the driver was so pleasant and helpful.You really have a great staff. Our room was incredible, we couldn't ask for more.

Nice room nice place horrible customer service and as stingy As It Gets they would not give extra soap or shampoo they charge an extra for parking when parking was charged on our credit card again had to fight to get it back.

Had to stay close to the campus because i don't drive and I'm glad I did. The hotel is beautiful, the main floor lobby is very user friendly with chairs all around, there were computers available for use and the staff was wonderful. Ate at the Restuarant on site and it was a wonderful experience. Looking forward to my return in May.

From check in to check out my experience was excellent. The staff at check in and in the parking garage were courteous, helpful, and outgoing.
