I stayed on SPG rewards because of this hotels' convenient proximity to Arlington Cemeteary--I was laying a dear friend to rest. The hotel met my expectations but I was unaware of ongoing construction which made working from my room by day VERY difficult.

The room had a confusing design. A conference table with no other furniture was located in one room with the bedroom in the next room. The conference room area was ill equipped for a meeting due to no electrical outlets. I was disappointed with this room.

I attended a conference at the hotel and stayed on a few extra days. The staff was very helpful. I was very pleased by with the staffs help. Every time I needed something – someone was there with the answer, solution or recommendations! Thanks Sheraton.

This hotel, in addition to being clean and comfortable and attractive, has a most friendly staff. They cared for me and my dog (oh yes, per friendly too) as if we were family. They arranged transportation, faxed documents and even walked my dog for me!

My stay was just great. Attention from the restaurant to the front desk to the extremely comfortable bed, was five star.!! As a U S veteran, the staff was even more pleasing. ( which was not something that I brought up.) Would return in a heart-beat.!!

The hotel is close to the metro station and a shuttle bus to the metro. It was great for going in to DC but far enough away to not have to be a part of the city.
The first breakfast that I had for the conference was awful!

I think you can improve your hotel guests experience by not nickel and dimeing them with parking and WiFi charges on their bill. Also,during renovations like now when you have no pool, health center or restaurants, you need to give out something else.

I have called this hotel many times to get a copy of my bill, with no success. No one even has the courtesy to return my call. Please let me know if you can get me a copy of my recept, unfortunetly I don't have mine.

The pleasant surprise was the convenience of the shuttle service to the Metro stop. Three minutes, and I was right where I needed to be. I expected this trip would work perfectly for me...and it was even better than I thought it would be.

This Sheraton continues to exceed expectations with respect to location, rooms, fitness center and Club level service. The front desk staff shows improvement each visit. I plan to stay here when ever my travels bring me to the DC area.

We spent two nights at the Sheraton National and enjoyed the experience. Beautiful view of the momuments from our window, timely and courteous van access, clean and crisp linens and delicious breakfast buffet with large variety.

We use this hotel often for business. They alway accommodate us per our request. Sura, the front desk clerk is very helpful, very attractive, and has a beautiful smile. I would come back just to see that smile and personality.

We found the staff to be very helpful and the location excellent. It was easy to get to the Metro and we even walked to the military exchange. The rooms were comfortable with great views and the buffet was perfect. Thank you.

first stay at this facility. a bit isolated but the rooms are spacious for DC, clean, staff very accommodating. Shuttles to metro and airport are timely and quick.
Will definitely stay again. A jewel in the Arlington area.

I always enjoy staying at the Sheraton Pentagon City. I have been going there since it was the National.
SPG guests parking should be free.
SPG Club should be open on Saturday Mornings.

The staff always anticipted our needs, without smothering us. Room service was efficient and food was very appetizing. Unfortunately the pool was closed for repairs, but we knew this when booking the room

Title says it all. Rooms are not very private. Neighbors can be heard easily as if they were in your room. Beds are very firm. Breakfast is overrated. Parking fee is high.

Had a great one night stay here. Just be aware the gym is under going renovations (as of 07/2012) and the temporary gym is essentially a gutted hotel room. Very cramped.

This hotel has comfortable, spacious rooms at an excellent location for my business needs. The front desk staff was friendly but was not staffed to meet the hotel's business demands.
