Attended a conference, and apart from being "land locked" (no outside space to enjoy during breaks) it was an excellent experience. Best banquet food I've ever had at a conference. Quality and selection was great! Sleeping rooms were comfortable and staff was friendly.

The person checking me in asked if we were there for a special occasion. It was our anniversary, he provided breakfast buffet vouchers for our stay. Very much appreciated. Everyone was super friendly. The gentleman checking us in at the buffet was very pleasant too. Great staff.....

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Jacqueline front staff clerk was very nice and corteous . We will definetely stay at this hotel again loved the decor. Rugs in the 12th floor in Room 1214 could use some deep cleaning other than that everything was great!

My previous visit to this hotel was rudely interrupted at 6:30 AM by the sounds from the Military base next door. I requested a quieter room noting that it was a problem for me, and they helped!

There was another event with many high school students coming. I was trying to ask a question while I had already checked in. Yet, I had to wait in the line for a long time before the simple question could be answered. There was SPG line, but they did not use it.

The hotel has great staff member that really care for the people they serve .They make you feel as if you are in paradise. The pool and fitness center were very clean. restaurant has great food and serve . I cannot Thank you all enough

I thik it is time to renovate the fitness center and get a fan or imrpovve air circulation.
Also it would be hlepful if there were access to the club lounge on the weekends.
Also it would be useful if there were access to a morning newspaper before 7 AM on the weekends.

The club lounge is the best of all the Sheratons we have stayed in due to the breakfast hostess, Emerlita. She is the most organized and has a wonderful personality in dealing with guests. You really enjoy going to breakfast there. She makes the start of your day great.

We stayed here in May for a business trip and when we were presented with another business trip in DC we knew where we wanted to stay. The staff is great-above and beyond. We know that you are in the process of renovating but our bathroom had mildew all over the grouting and the floors were dirty to touch. When we checked in at nine pm, there were still dirty dishes sitting outside our door ( they were still there when we checked out). The floors were so dirty and stained that I felt dirty the entire time I was in the room. The bed was very comfortable
The pool was so dirty and mildewy - when was the last time that the area was inspected? When we were there there were no towels, and I asked the life guard to pls call down and get some sent up-he did but an hour later, when we left they still hadn't arrived (?!?!).
Overall we were so disappointed. I couldn't wait to get home to shower, because I felt so dirty showering in our room.
I wonder if your corporate office knows just HOW bad this hotel is looking....I would be embarrassed if I worked in this hotel.

Emerlita provided OUTSTANDING service during my stay. The breakfast by far was the best around! It's the cleanest and offers a wide array of food! This is now my favorite Sheraton!
The lounge is always clean and the service is exceptional! Great job Emerlita!

I stayed on SPG rewards because of this hotels' convenient proximity to Arlington Cemeteary--I was laying a dear friend to rest. The hotel met my expectations but I was unaware of ongoing construction which made working from my room by day VERY difficult.

The room had a confusing design. A conference table with no other furniture was located in one room with the bedroom in the next room. The conference room area was ill equipped for a meeting due to no electrical outlets. I was disappointed with this room.

I attended a conference at the hotel and stayed on a few extra days. The staff was very helpful. I was very pleased by with the staffs help. Every time I needed something – someone was there with the answer, solution or recommendations! Thanks Sheraton.

It started with check-in where the front desk appeared overwhelmed and unfamiliar with even the basics. Same issues when I went to check out. room was musty had sour odor, bath area was way too small. Food choices were extremely limited.

The Hotel was in great locations for places where we want to go. They also have Shuttle Buses Service to and from the Metro Station which in D.C. is a must.

My stay was just great. Attention from the restaurant to the front desk to the extremely comfortable bed, was five star.!! As a U S veteran, the staff was even more pleasing. ( which was not something that I brought up.) Would return in a heart-beat.!!

This hotel, in addition to being clean and comfortable and attractive, has a most friendly staff. They cared for me and my dog (oh yes, per friendly too) as if we were family. They arranged transportation, faxed documents and even walked my dog for me!

I think you can improve your hotel guests experience by not nickel and dimeing them with parking and WiFi charges on their bill. Also,during renovations like now when you have no pool, health center or restaurants, you need to give out something else.

I enjoy staying here. The free shuttle is one of the selling factors for me as the location, while close to the city, is not the most convenient when you don't have a vehicle.

This hotel provides a comfortable base of operations for the attractions of Washington DC just across the river. Drive and park in the city, or take the hotel shuttle to the nearby metro station.

The pleasant surprise was the convenience of the shuttle service to the Metro stop. Three minutes, and I was right where I needed to be. I expected this trip would work perfectly for me...and it was even better than I thought it would be.

I have called this hotel many times to get a copy of my bill, with no success. No one even has the courtesy to return my call. Please let me know if you can get me a copy of my recept, unfortunetly I don't have mine.

This Sheraton continues to exceed expectations with respect to location, rooms, fitness center and Club level service. The front desk staff shows improvement each visit. I plan to stay here when ever my travels bring me to the DC area.

We spent two nights at the Sheraton National and enjoyed the experience. Beautiful view of the momuments from our window, timely and courteous van access, clean and crisp linens and delicious breakfast buffet with large variety.
