Very welcoming staff. Good breakfast buffet included in our room rate although it was challenging to find the wait staff when it was time to leave. Guest Room, while generally clean, needed some TLC. Previous repairs to water damaged ceiling poorly done, wallpaper peeling off in numerous places. Comfortable bed, quiet room. Indoor pool looked nice although no time to enjoy this trip. Will likely return.

Bed and pillows so comfortable, feels like I was sleeping on a soft cloud!. Hotel is well kept and very clean. Staff friendly, always ready to accommodate.

I've stayed here multiple times over the past few years and the experience is consistent.
The two front desk folks recognize me and make sure I know where I'm heading.
The rooms are adequate, nothing special, but clean enough and new enough to not feel underwhelmed.
The grounds are beatiful with nice walking trails around the lakes. The pool however is in need of a major overhaul and the floor was so slippery I felt a bit scared just being around it.
Club floor has a nice breakfast but they could use an upgrade in the sophistication level of their attendents. Most guests grab something and go because they don't feel comfortable staying and talking with people that come off as very uneducated.
Love that there is a chain restaurant right outside, no seriously, it makes it nice to be able to walk to get some food or a drink outside of the hotel.
Overall, it's a good value for the money but if you have the means the other SPG properties in the city are a better bet.

When I checked in with my 9 month old grandson the staff immediately asked if I would like a crib brought to my room. Totally unexpected. Not only did I have a great nights sleep but so did my grandson. Thank you and I will be back

Rated 4 out of 5 by LCPS Restaurant flaws
The one problem was the restaurant--we left the bar area since we could not get any service at all. We then went to the restaurant and our meal was burned and they served it anyway--the wait for food was lengthly and there were only 6 other people there. The meal was not tasty so the hotel is fine but you need to go out somewhere to eat. Others had said the same thing about lunch.

Room smelled like mold Room #406 especially near outlet to left of bed. My suitcases that I brought home from there now smells moldy.
Also for an hour that night there were kids running up and down the hallways they would then go up to the 5th floor and you would hear them there and then back to 4th floor. The staff did not stop this behavior. There was a huge soccer/lacrosse team there so you shouldn't book again unless you get the parents to sign off that they will keep their children under contro.

On arriving at the assigned room I found only one bed in it and I do not remember stating this as my preference and if I had been asked I definitely would have requested two beds as I was sharing with a friend. When I called down to the desk to question them about this I was told I had the room I had requested and at any rate they did not have any other rooms because they were fully booked. Very shortly after water began pouring into our bathroom from the floor above and we had to be moved to another room. To my amazement they put us in a room with two beds. Additionally I was completely dumb-founded to find out that one of the most expensive hotels in the area - yours- did not have so much as a stale doughnut or dry cereal or Any type of continental breakfast. I'm surprised I wasn't charged for the coffee in my room! I will never recommend your establishment to anyone and I will never stay at your hotel again if I have any choice in the matter.
