I was disappointed. We checked on saturday , we paid for breakfast , the front desk agent had no clue how to organize the breakfast, she promised us to leave a note with a manager and they will call us in the morning, no call, nothing. When we left Sunday I left my clothes in the bathroom, we called left a message ,they told us they did not find anything, I went back in person, I asked the front desk agent , he told me that housekeeping department is closed. A real mess for a brand hotel . I will never put my feet there ever

This hotel is in bad need of a total renovation of all rooms. The heating/air conditioning system is noisy. We shut off the fan completely and it still made noise all night.
The light bulb when you enter the room and turn on the switch was burned out, one of the lamps next to the bed kept going on and off by itself and then finally went out and wouldn't come back on. The sofa/bed couch in the room was filthy and stained. The bathroom had a large crack in the sink and the light switch on the wall and the switch that controlled the heat lamp in the bathroom kept falling. There is no way that whoever cleans the room does not see this and report it to maintenance. The chairs in the club lounge were also stained. This has been this way for a very long time and nothing changes no matter how many complaints are lodged.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Chief Nice Hotel but ....
the concierge failed to meet my needs. I purchased a bouquet of flowers days in advance to be put in our room upon our arrival. The flowers weren't there when we arrived and I had to call the desk and have them bring it up. It kind of ruined the surprise. I would normally let it go but this is the second time this has happened. The staff doesn't seem to know how to anticipate the needs of their guests.

Traveling with a large family the hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful! Everyone was always polite and responsive to our needs. Thank you!

Rated 2 out of 5 by Disappointed This hotel needs updating!
Very dissapointed when I checked in to this hotel. The entrance is very nice, but the rooms are in need of some serious updating. I have stayed at some very nice Sheraton properties over the years and this one was absolutely the worst. Would not recommend and would not stay there until this place is updated.

I like this hotel, nice staff but a little dog eared. There was dirty room service dishes outside the room next to mine the entire length of my stay. Club room offerings were meager. Barman too busy talking to get me a glass of wine. Also of the 5 lights in my room two had burned out bulbs.

I arrived late and had an easy, pleasant check in. Went to Club Lounge for a snack and fruit. The evening attendant on duty was very nice and chatty. She told me the cookies were rock hard ! When I sat down the seats are so low vs. the table height it's ridiculous and you can't eat normally without food going on your lap. Chairs were filthy with spilled food and need to be steamed clean. NOT A WAY to reward frequent SPG travelers!!
Wi Fi service was on and off the next morning. The bathroom ceiling needed to be painted as paint was peeling.

Room was dirty- carpet coming up from the floor, mold everywhere in the bathroom, overall real dirty. Loud lobby music could be heard at all hours. The chairs in the lobby were stained and gross. Found cigarette butts under the chair in my room. The property is worn out
