This hotel is sort of blah. The front desk staff runs hot and cold. Good thing is it is unusally well staffed so no long waits to check in.
The rooms are well worn and really could use a remodel. The restaurant will do in a pinch but, there are plenty of options in the area.
Nothing horrible but, nothing spectacular either so just your average low level starwoods property.

This hotel like I said in my last review is out of the way for me but I like it so much I am staying here more and more.
Great location close to dining movies malls and nightlife. The service is always with a smile great job from the young men and ladies.

This hotel is convenient to highway ,shopping,entertainment ,and within short distance to Montreal
But most of all the staff from the front desk to service staff are very friendly and there for you

The rooms are quite nice, clean, and the bed comfortable.
It would be nice to have a few more food options in the bar/restaurant.
The only negative thing that happened while I was there, was that two of the three elevators were down for a day. This meant up to a five to ten minute wait for the elevator that was working.

I have not stayed here for some time but I booked this hotel for change of pace and was quit impressed. The front desk staff where very fast professional and friendly. I was upgraded to a beautiful and large suite on the members floor where they have a nice executive lounge. I am sure I missing something but next time I will stay here again for sure.

This hotel needs a complete makeover. The carpets in hallways are stained, same in the rooms, also the chair in the room.
Front desk employee was rude which checking in. The first day breakfast the service was very slow, but the second day was fine.
I will not recommend this hotel. Checked out one day earlier

I have stayed in many Starwood hotels in Canada and the US. This is the worst Starwood hotel I have ever seen. From the front desk manager to the barmaid. The hotel was empty. During that vacation period, they did not even serve food at the club lounge. As a Platinum member, I was denied a room upgrade by the front desk manager. She said that the hotel was fully committed and that she connote upgrade my room. I went on their website and tried to book three suites and they were available. Staff was rude and unwelcoming. I had other unpleasant experience with other staff member also... Never coming back here!
