I have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions and have always found it to be consistent in what it delivers to guests. A big plus is the free parking. The rooms are standard upgraded Sheraton rooms. The evening snacks in the Club Lounge were good. As the hotel was relatively empty on the weekend, we were given buffet breakfast vouchers for the restaurant (instead of a continental breakfast in the Club Lounge). The breakfast was excellent.

First of all, I would like to thank Annie from reception for letting us check-in 4 hours before their check-in time. On top of that, she gave us a free upgrade to the Club Level. The early check-in helped a lot as I had been driving for 10 hours. All of the staff I encountered were very polite and friendly. I did not notice the name of the person in charge of the Club Lounge, but he was very polite too. One day, we went to the Club Lounge 5 minutes before the happy hour ends, we did not notice any agitation on his face, rather he offered us bigger plates when we mentioned that we would take the food to our room.
It was a great stay and the staff were great. I would recommend Sheraton Laval Hotel to anyone visiting Montreal and the vicinity.

je suis descendu dans cet hotel plusieurs fois, et la dernière fois a été une catastrophe, je suis tombé au front desk sur une personne qui devait débuter dans ce métier et cet hotel, car elle était vraiment perdue.
je suis SPG Platinum et j'ai fait le check in à 17h, j'ai eu la chambre à 18H, ensuiste pour le pdj, la personne au front desk ne nous a meme pas prevenu que le salon était fermé au pdj et qu'il fallait le prendre en bas
enfin une vraie catastrophe à elle toute seule cette personne au front desk.
pour le reste l'hotel est correct, a besoin de rénovation pour les chambres car cela date et devrait prendre exemple sur le Sheraton centre de Montréal qui a rénové ses chambres,
pas trés pratique non plus en ce moment car il y a des travaux extérieurs, sinon parking gratuit facile pour se garer

The staff were miserable overall. The girl at the front (I believe Anna-Lise?) was particularly unfriendly and not helpful.
The buffet breakfast was mediocre, the eggs were grossly undercooked and seemed to be the kind from powder. Service there was slow, which is unacceptable in a venue that should be accustomed to busy buffet times.
Aside from the food and staff, the hotel was nice. Bonus for the saltwater pool and steam room.

I have not stayed here for some time but I booked this hotel for change of pace and was quit impressed. The front desk staff where very fast professional and friendly. I was upgraded to a beautiful and large suite on the members floor where they have a nice executive lounge. I am sure I missing something but next time I will stay here again for sure.

Really like coming to this hotel, staff are friendly and the rooms are good.
Needs a refresh to be superb as rooms feel dated.
Staff are great especially the check in ladies who are there in the morning!

We have stayed many times at this hotel. It is excellent! There's plenty of free parking. It's easy to reach. The rooms are spacious and very quiet. The staff is outstanding. Food is excellent, as well.
