I have not stayed here for some time but I booked this hotel for change of pace and was quit impressed. The front desk staff where very fast professional and friendly. I was upgraded to a beautiful and large suite on the members floor where they have a nice executive lounge. I am sure I missing something but next time I will stay here again for sure.

The air conditioning unit was so loud, that everytime it would turn on it would partially wake us up (tossing and turning). The shower head was also not properly installed as you could see into the wall. Over all the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I simply expected better from a sheraton.

I have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions and have always found it to be consistent in what it delivers to guests. A big plus is the free parking. The rooms are standard upgraded Sheraton rooms. The evening snacks in the Club Lounge were good. As the hotel was relatively empty on the weekend, we were given buffet breakfast vouchers for the restaurant (instead of a continental breakfast in the Club Lounge). The breakfast was excellent.

The staff were miserable overall. The girl at the front (I believe Anna-Lise?) was particularly unfriendly and not helpful.
The buffet breakfast was mediocre, the eggs were grossly undercooked and seemed to be the kind from powder. Service there was slow, which is unacceptable in a venue that should be accustomed to busy buffet times.
Aside from the food and staff, the hotel was nice. Bonus for the saltwater pool and steam room.

I regularly stay at the Sheraton Laval hotel.
It is a very good hotel with professional and friendly staff.
I got a SPG Platinum upgrade to a suite and the room was well maintained & clean.
The club lounge is a pleasent place to unwind after a long day.

First of all, I would like to thank Annie from reception for letting us check-in 4 hours before their check-in time. On top of that, she gave us a free upgrade to the Club Level. The early check-in helped a lot as I had been driving for 10 hours. All of the staff I encountered were very polite and friendly. I did not notice the name of the person in charge of the Club Lounge, but he was very polite too. One day, we went to the Club Lounge 5 minutes before the happy hour ends, we did not notice any agitation on his face, rather he offered us bigger plates when we mentioned that we would take the food to our room.
It was a great stay and the staff were great. I would recommend Sheraton Laval Hotel to anyone visiting Montreal and the vicinity.

accommodations were as we would have expected from Sheraton and the food for our event was exceptional. One problem was the constant need/requirement to gain access to the internet. It is really a very negative and obvious cash grab. When you are in a conference environment, the plan is to move around to different venues planned in your conference and one should be able to do that freely and not have to worry about continually reconnecting and paying another fee. This is 2014!

We had a great stay here, the staff are friendly & the hotel is very close to the shopping mall which has great food. The pool and restaurant in the hotel are great. We will got back for sure,only down fall we had reserved a month in advance and ended up having to wait for our room 15 mins later than we expected and the bed could be better.The hotel is very busy holding weddings and parties of all kinds in the banquet halls. But all in all a good hotel.
