We received up upgrade to a executive suite (did not use an award) - it was great with 2 full bathrooms and a separate living area from the bedroom. The master bathroom was one of the nicest we have seen including a whirlpool tub and flat screen TV. The Club Lounge was also one of the best in North America, both in its spaciousness as well as the quality of the food served. Definitely a hotel we will return to - close to everything and yet not downtown with all the associated traffic woes.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at the Sheraton everything was just right and the workers really took good care of us.

accommodations were as we would have expected from Sheraton and the food for our event was exceptional. One problem was the constant need/requirement to gain access to the internet. It is really a very negative and obvious cash grab. When you are in a conference environment, the plan is to move around to different venues planned in your conference and one should be able to do that freely and not have to worry about continually reconnecting and paying another fee. This is 2014!

We just came back from our 2-day meetings; we were 200+ attending this event, food, hospitality, rooms and our overall expectations were surpassed. We highly recommend the Sheraton Hotel, Laval

We were staying at the hotel for business purposes. Our business was offsite but while we where in the hotel, the service and staff where great.

Overall stay was satisfactory, though the room itself was in serious need of update and renovation. Carpets badly stained. TOilet clogged. Staff was responsive in all regards, but facility is getting old
