accommodations were as we would have expected from Sheraton and the food for our event was exceptional. One problem was the constant need/requirement to gain access to the internet. It is really a very negative and obvious cash grab. When you are in a conference environment, the plan is to move around to different venues planned in your conference and one should be able to do that freely and not have to worry about continually reconnecting and paying another fee. This is 2014!

I have not stayed here for some time but I booked this hotel for change of pace and was quit impressed. The front desk staff where very fast professional and friendly. I was upgraded to a beautiful and large suite on the members floor where they have a nice executive lounge. I am sure I missing something but next time I will stay here again for sure.

We just came back from our 2-day meetings; we were 200+ attending this event, food, hospitality, rooms and our overall expectations were surpassed. We highly recommend the Sheraton Hotel, Laval

We were staying at the hotel for business purposes. Our business was offsite but while we where in the hotel, the service and staff where great.

The air conditioning unit was so loud, that everytime it would turn on it would partially wake us up (tossing and turning). The shower head was also not properly installed as you could see into the wall. Over all the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I simply expected better from a sheraton.

I have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions and have always found it to be consistent in what it delivers to guests. A big plus is the free parking. The rooms are standard upgraded Sheraton rooms. The evening snacks in the Club Lounge were good. As the hotel was relatively empty on the weekend, we were given buffet breakfast vouchers for the restaurant (instead of a continental breakfast in the Club Lounge). The breakfast was excellent.

The staff were miserable overall. The girl at the front (I believe Anna-Lise?) was particularly unfriendly and not helpful.
The buffet breakfast was mediocre, the eggs were grossly undercooked and seemed to be the kind from powder. Service there was slow, which is unacceptable in a venue that should be accustomed to busy buffet times.
Aside from the food and staff, the hotel was nice. Bonus for the saltwater pool and steam room.
