The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Friendly, helpful and responsive staff. Would definitely stay here again.
SPG rate included breakfast which was enjoyable.
Internet was included in price which I expect from a hotel stay, especially from a brand like Sheraton.

While the facility is a bit aged, the beds are very comfortable and makes a well rested and quiet stay possible. I do wish that, like other Sheratons I have been to that they extend access to concierge lounge to SPG Gold members.

I have been staying at this property for over 24 years. I am there almost weekly. Great place. I sure miss my snack and the flowers in the lobby. That welcome feeling is gone.

I was disappointed with the hotel during a recent stay as a family wedding guest. First, the room floor needed vacuuming - the center of the room had been done, but the edges of the room had accumulated dust and dirt. On check-in, the desk light bulb was missing, and the bedside phone did not work. The room smelled of chlorine from the pool beneath, and most distressing was the fact that the room air conditioner was positioned so that it blew directly onto your face every ten minutes or so at night when it switched on. Most unpleasant, and hard to sleep through. Other than that, we had a great time at the wedding, and the hotel restaurant was great.

The hotel had a rundown feel, the room was ~1/3 drop ceiling (at about 7' height)including the bathroom. The shower was lowered to accommodate the ceiling and the shower head reached about eye level. The carpets were dingy looking with large stained areas. The only good thing about the room was the bed which is why I generally stay at Sheraton family hotels.

This Sheraton needs a makeover like the rest of the Sheratons I've been to over the past two years. The wall paper is old as well as some of the other painting and carpets.

We stayed here only one night with our daughter's soccer team. Big fireplace, nice bar, pool, and the rooms were nice (beds and bedding very nice). They have drinks, popcorn and candy in the lobby for the guests. We enjoyed getting to know the other parents by the fireplace and the staff could not have been more wonderful. We enjoyed breakfast in the historical house that is part of the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for comfort and first class service.

We found this hotel on the internet after our daughter said she was moving into the area and we will be looking at a hotel when we will be staying here every month. Upon booking we upgraded to the club level, but to our surprise when we went to the club lounge, it was overcrowded with teenagers that were unsupervised and we found it wasn't what we expected. Later on in the evening we thought we might go to the pool and relax, but again the pool was filled with kids and very little supervision. While we were sitting at the lounge having a drink, (Rocco & Pat are GREAT) at 10 pm when the pool was closed, we saw about 20 to 25 kids walk out of main lobby with their parents (obviously not staying at the hotel). I am sure the main desk had to see this was going on as a Lacrosse tournament was taking place, but nothing was done. We plan on staying here in the future because it is convenient & staff was great, but the situation turned us off. We did not complain to the main desk, because it was too late in the weekend.

Booked the Club floor...need security for lacrosse players who overuse and abuse the Club room. Other than that the stay was wonderful...too bad a few, without adult supervision feel the need to trash a place.

Our overnight stay on Friday, 3/28 for my birthday celebration went beyond my expectations. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, especially the attendant in the club lounge and Nathalia who assisted us in the reservations. Although we only live a short distance away it was nice to get away for one night on my birthday and made to feel like a "princess"!!

I recently stayed at this hotel for a conference and was amazed by the staff. Nathalia, Brian, Heather, and, most of all, Dorian went above and beyond the call of duty to help. When I arrived late and was placed in a noisy room next to the elevator, and asked to be relocated the next day, I was upgraded free of charge to a much nicer room. Staff also helped me print documents. I saw people who arrived tired and weary treated humanely and generously. I highly recommend this hotel.

I have been staying at this hotel for over 4 years. What makes me come back are the people that work at the hotel. They are awesome. I like to especially thank Kelsey, Alise, Michael, Jimmy the Bartender, Linda and Karen for their outstanding customer service towards me. They are always friendly and make me feel very welcome. Also, the location is close to everything - shopping, parks and restaurants.

I come to this hotel several times a year with my dogs to complete in a variety of dog sports in the area. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. They make sure I get the most convenient room to take the dogs out and provide a mini-fridge for all the perishable treats.
To a person they are friendly and helpful without a doubt.

I've stayed at this hotel a number of times each year for the past 10 years or so due to it's location and convenience to my business travel locations. It's apparent that the hotel has gone through an upgrade and it definitely shows.

I called the hotel after I had left and they searched and FOUND my lost cufflink in the cushion of a chair in the lobby and called me back to arrange for me to get it back. Unbelievably helpful!

PEOPLE AT THE FRONT DESK AND AT THE RESTAURANT NEEDS IMPROVEMENT. WE ARRIVED VERY LATE AT NIGHT AND NOBODY WAS AT THE FRONT DESK FOR OVER 10 MINUTES. ONCE SOMEBODY SHOWED UP, GAVE US A REGULAR ROOM, I REQUESTED A SPG ROOM.
