Rated 1 out of 5 by rugy worst hotel stay ever
Stayed for my nieces wedding (thank god it was not there) 5/13/16 to 5/15/16 first thing was when We checked in we didn't receive our Itinerary for the wedding second they only had one out of two elevators working , we where on the 4th floor and the hotel was booked to capacity, guess what we walked a lot of steps that weekend, third the bar/ restaurant was the slowest place .we had to wait for almost an hour just to order food and drinks (there was 4 people there and we counted for 2) then another hour to get are food . Then after the reception we got back to the hotel @1130pm and every one trying to order drinks well just say if you got a drink you where one of lucky ones.worst place ever to stay for a wedding ,bad organization, bad service it was like they didn't know what they where doing

New chef is excellent! Finally, good food!
Tony, the shuttle driver is excellent and is incredible helpful.
There are 2 staff members at the front desk who are effective and care. The others need to go. Check everything you request several times.
They ruined this charming "cheers like" hotel with the "cold" and boring redo.
Bar tender is rude and is not a people person and needs to be replaced with a real bartender that cares.

Excellent staff here that will do anything to make your stay more comfortable. There is a shuttle available to take to you and from locations be it work or a meal.
This is my home away from home when I travel to the area for business.

I stay at this hotel a couple times a month when I'm in the area for business and it's my go-to location to book a room. The Sheraton Great Valley has been recently renovated and continues to make improvements to make your stay more comfortable. The staff there (especially Eric, Asia and Brooke) go out of their way to make you feel welcome!

Rated 2 out of 5 by elfou812 Not worth the price
I have had multiple stays over the past 3 months. This last was the most disappointing. No hot water at 7 am. Not sure why or what happened and that is part of the problem. At checkout, the problem, though wide spread was not acknowledged. When I mentioned the lack of hot water, the response from the front desk was "yep". No apology or explanation offered.
Though I did not eat here this stay, I did so for my stay in March. The price point for low quality buffet food with little to choose from was a complete disappointment. At this cost, there should be at minimum an omelette station.
Very little selection of low sugar content foods (cereal and yogurt especially). I have had better eggs and potatoes at McDonalds and I stopped eating there years ago.
On top of this, the wait staff hinted strongly at a tip. For what, handing me a bill? It is a buffet.

Personal working at this hotel is nice, friendly and caring. Starting at the front Desk, where friendly stuff remembers your name and your preferences, to the Club Room manager where with the morning coffee you will get a friendly smile. Staying at this hotel makes frequent travel not as lonesome Thank you.
