Here are a list of problems I saw in my hotel room. Bathroom: Loose tiles on floor, sink facet leaks, very loose hand rail in shower, tub water spout loose, tub water control leaks down and behind tile, adjustable mirror near sink hanging by one bolt, door handle very loose. Closet: won't close on standard size hanger provided by hotel, rubber base where floor meets wall fell down and smeared glue on my shoes, dresser drawer with back broken out and my wife had jewellery fall down behind. Room 409, fix it! This is supposed to be a good brand and I have not seen such sloppy maintenance anywhere else. Reminds me of some 3rd world places I've stayed. Why would I stay with this brand again?

We just spent a few days at this hotel for a family wedding. The first night was quiet and relaxing and then here comes a few hockey teams. I don't know where the coach and/or parents were, but these boys ran up and down the halls, punched all the buttons in the elevators, put chairs in the elevators, ate parts of apples then left them in front of room doors, etc. AND most of this happened after 11 p.m. each night. They made the remaining part of our stay miserable. Sheraton needs to hold these children, parents and coach's accountable during their stay or don't let them book your hotels. My children have traveled for athletic events for years and we and their coaches would never have tolerated this behavior, but I never saw anyone other than hotel staff talking with them or asking them to return to their rooms. We appreciate your efforts, but had we not been there for another purpose we would have checked out and moved to another hotel. Very disappointing. Don't book here on weekends or ask if there are any hockey teams booked.

I stayed in a 3rd floor room. The internet connection dropped every 5 minutes and I was not able to so much work from the room. I talked to the front desk staffs but it did not improve much. I was given a number to call during checkout so I will try calling the number next time but hope it gets better next stay.

I really liked this hotel and the price with breakfast was terrific at $124 on the Club Level. However, I could hear everything next door...particularly when I was in the bathroom...

Stayed for my nieces wedding (thank god it was not there) 5/13/16 to 5/15/16 first thing was when We checked in we didn't receive our Itinerary for the wedding second they only had one out of two elevators working , we where on the 4th floor and the hotel was booked to capacity, guess what we walked a lot of steps that weekend, third the bar/ restaurant was the slowest place .we had to wait for almost an hour just to order food and drinks (there was 4 people there and we counted for 2) then another hour to get are food . Then after the reception we got back to the hotel @1130pm and every one trying to order drinks well just say if you got a drink you where one of lucky ones.worst place ever to stay for a wedding ,bad organization, bad service it was like they didn't know what they where doing

New chef is excellent! Finally, good food!
Tony, the shuttle driver is excellent and is incredible helpful.
There are 2 staff members at the front desk who are effective and care.The others need to go. Check everything you request several times.
They ruined this charming "cheers like" hotel with the "cold" and boring redo.
Bar tender is rude and is not a people person and needs to be replaced with a real bartender that cares.
