Rated 4 out of 5 by Good room and service, not so good restaurant. As usual, our stay was very nice. The staff was professional and courteous. The only disappointment was the buffet breakfast. Potatoes were dry, and the fresh fruit, while looking very good, was actually not up to par. I had a blackberry with mold. I didn't realize it until after I had eaten it, and upon swallowing had an awful taste of mold in my mouth. Hence, my appetite was ruined. At $15 per person, I think the fruit should be checked more thoroughly. I informed the waitress, who said she would tell the kitchen staff, but the meal was still $15 per person. I doubt that I will use the restaurant there again. We'll definitely stay at the hotel, but eat at one of the nearby diners. April 5, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Beautiful VIews and Awesome Staff This hotel is a real gem in terms of location and staff. Good value for the money. Comfortable rooms up to Sheraton stringent standards.. Lounge staff were very professional and accommodating. Viktoria at the front desk was really AWESOME. She made us feel welcome when we arrived and ensured our stay was great. She helped us with a strong knowledge of the local amenities. The reason I gave it a 4 out of 5 is because they don't have suites. Kudos to Viktoria. We will be back! March 26, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great Hotel location for shoppers This is a great hotel for shoppers going to Woodbury. It meets all my expectations of a Sheraton with the exception of the internet service. I stayed two nights and I wasn't able to connect to it via cellphone or laptop. The Technicians never showed up to help me and the front desk help was useless. Even that, probably I'll get there the next black friday. I hope that Internet issues will be solved by that date... January 25, 2016

Our special thanks to the event manager and the two assistant managers. They were very honest, responsible, helpful, planners, doers and make everything go smooth approach persons. December 10, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by First time stay, but I will be back Business trip, arrived really late, and check out really early. Everyone was very friendly, kept the bar open a few extra minutes so I could grab a quick drink. They recognized my Platinum status and upgraded me to a bigger room. I will stay with them again in future trips. October 20, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent Customer Service I have stayed at the Sheraton Hotel in Mahwah multiple times over the last year and been pleased each time with the quality and level of service provided. However, I wanted to mention that on my last stay, I was blown away by the hospitality provided. In particular, Courtney (the agent at the front desk) went out of her way to make sure that I felt welcome and special during my stay. Seemingly small gestures can make a big difference to the weary road warriors. A big thank you to the staff at Sheraton Mahwah and especially to Courtney! October 9, 2015
Rated 3 out of 5 by Beautiful Hotel but beds are small Our room had full size beds, which is cramped for two people. I feel that a high end hotel such as this should have queen sized beds to accommodate two people. For me the primary reason to stay at any hotel is to have a comfortable place to sleep. The rest is just icing, and I never eat cake for the icing. Prices at the restaurant, especially for the breakfast buffet were jaw dropping. Eighteen dollars for some eggs and sausage??? That might be warranted if you are serving breakfast to a football team. I can barely eat one egg and a piece of toast and I am done. Eighteen dollars? Really? I can buy the ingredients of what I ate for less than 50 cents. I understand that someone has to wash the dishes and clear the table....but...eighteen dollars? There were four of us. so that amounts to 64 dollars for breakfast. How much do the bus people get paid to get that table ready for the next group? September 17, 2015
