Rated 1 out of 5 by Macadamia20 Awful hotel; uncomfortable room; no platinum amenities
This is a terrible hotel. The walls are so thin, that the people next door sound like they are literally in my room. Tiny room, thermostat doesn't work properly. I am platinum SPG, stay over 70 nights a year, and got no upgrade whatsoever.
On the plus side, the staff is friendly and helpful.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Elena27 GREAT VALUE!
My boyfriend and I have stayed here two times now in the last month, and just booked out third stay. It is great for convenience to shopping, or relaxation. The pool and gym are both very nice assets.
The hotel staff is wonderful! They definitely always try to make the customers happy!
Navigating to the hotel can be tricky if you are not familiar with Jersey. The GPS will NOT take you to the right location upon punching it in. But other than that this is a great hotel.
The views from the room are second to none. We have stayed in the deluxe room both times, and it is very spacious, configured kind of funky but very nice.
Very clean too!
The times we have visited seem to be very busy, many weddings taking place and parties. Sometimes it takes a long time to get an elevator but its never really an issue for us.
They are also...SUPER PET FRIENDLY!

Rated 5 out of 5 by MikeavelliF Modern Hotel in the Countryside
I booked here as I had some meetings nearby, its really the only modern building in the area. It felt very safe and the staff was attentive. I got upgraded to a nice room with a view but noticed no complimentary water. No biggie. Lots of room inside and the view was really sweet. Tons of free parking too. It is an older hotel inside which fooled me a bit since the outside looked very new. Overall I hope to be back for another relaxing evening. The rates were great too!

Rated 4 out of 5 by BB152 mostly good
The bottom floors of this hotel are offices, so you will get a view from high even if you are on one of the lower hotel floors. There is a covered parking deck with covered access to the hotel. At this time, the parking deck is partly under construction, so if you arrive during business hours (because of the offices on the lower floors), you won't be parking in the covered lot.
I am a gold member, and wasn't offered an upgrade even though the hotel had lots of vacant rooms at the time. I even asked, and the reception told me that I'm already in one of the nicer rooms (because I paid extra or it). and that I wouldn't be upgraded to the club floor.
Aside from this, the stay was fine. The room was (mostly) clean and the facilities did not feel old. The pool was one of the nicer indoor pools that I've seen. The floor I was on was quiet.

Wife and I neded a get away from NYC , Arrived at hotel and requested club room floor deluxe room -
Got into middle elevator and we got stuck on the 18th Floor door would not open
Was directed to another elevator and wen up to 21st floor
Room was nice of mountine tops but don't look down. Front of hotel , pond was full of slim. Went to get ice to finally have a drink and machine on floor was broken . Waited 20Min for elevator to take me to another floor for ice .
Bed was comfy bathroom was clean , lots of hot water. Couch had wear and small rips in it, Ate dinner outside of hotel not much on the menu at hotel.
Returned for a good night rest, When we were woken by screaming children and talking adults . The walls were so thin it felt like they were in the room with us , hearing every word spoken. We called front desk to be asked to move and they said sorry hotel was booked.
We could not take it any more and we packed up and went to check out. Would not recommend if your looking for a quiet evening , walls in hotel are like paper .

Rated 1 out of 5 by Margie2016 I reserved a executive king and they gave me queen size
When i make my reservation true phone ireserved a king deluxe because i love the espace of those rooms but at the time that i check in they said that they sold does room that the one that they could give me is small room with queen size bed and that they will give me complimentary breakfast but if i knew that the room it was so small and by the elevator i will never accept the offer because the noise in the hallway all night didn't let me sleep! Is my second time here but this time it was a bad experience plus i wake up at 7 am and when out and came back at 5:45 pm and my room wasn't clean just imagine how upset we are the desk told me that when you make reservation they just want to sale! Never believe what they sale you and you pay in advance!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Jatam Good room and service, not so good restaurant.
As usual, our stay was very nice. The staff was professional and courteous. The only disappointment was the buffet breakfast. Potatoes were dry, and the fresh fruit, while looking very good, was actually not up to par. I had a blackberry with mold. I didn't realize it until after I had eaten it, and upon swallowing had an awful taste of mold in my mouth. Hence, my appetite was ruined. At $15 per person, I think the fruit should be checked more thoroughly. I informed the waitress, who said she would tell the kitchen staff, but the meal was still $15 per person. I doubt that I will use the restaurant there again. We'll definitely stay at the hotel, but eat at one of the nearby diners.
