Wife and I neded a get away from NYC , Arrived at hotel and requested club room floor deluxe room -
Got into middle elevator and we got stuck on the 18th Floor door would not open
Was directed to another elevator and wen up to 21st floor
Room was nice of mountine tops but don't look down. Front of hotel , pond was full of slim. Went to get ice to finally have a drink and machine on floor was broken . Waited 20Min for elevator to take me to another floor for ice .
Bed was comfy bathroom was clean , lots of hot water. Couch had wear and small rips in it, Ate dinner outside of hotel not much on the menu at hotel.
Returned for a good night rest, When we were woken by screaming children and talking adults . The walls were so thin it felt like they were in the room with us , hearing every word spoken. We called front desk to be asked to move and they said sorry hotel was booked.
We could not take it any more and we packed up and went to check out. Would not recommend if your looking for a quiet evening , walls in hotel are like paper .

When i make my reservation true phone ireserved a king deluxe because i love the espace of those rooms but at the time that i check in they said that they sold does room that the one that they could give me is small room with queen size bed and that they will give me complimentary breakfast but if i knew that the room it was so small and by the elevator i will never accept the offer because the noise in the hallway all night didn't let me sleep! Is my second time here but this time it was a bad experience plus i wake up at 7 am and when out and came back at 5:45 pm and my room wasn't clean just imagine how upset we are the desk told me that when you make reservation they just want to sale! Never believe what they sale you and you pay in advance!

As usual, our stay was very nice. The staff was professional and courteous. The only disappointment was the buffet breakfast. Potatoes were dry, and the fresh fruit, while looking very good, was actually not up to par. I had a blackberry with mold. I didn't realize it until after I had eaten it, and upon swallowing had an awful taste of mold in my mouth. Hence, my appetite was ruined. At $15 per person, I think the fruit should be checked more thoroughly. I informed the waitress, who said she would tell the kitchen staff, but the meal was still $15 per person. I doubt that I will use the restaurant there again. We'll definitely stay at the hotel, but eat at one of the nearby diners.

This hotel is a real gem in terms of location and staff. Good value for the money. Comfortable rooms up to Sheraton stringent standards.. Lounge staff were very professional and accommodating. Viktoria at the front desk was really AWESOME. She made us feel welcome when we arrived and ensured our stay was great. She helped us with a strong knowledge of the local amenities. The reason I gave it a 4 out of 5 is because they don't have suites.
Kudos to Viktoria. We will be back!

This is a great hotel for shoppers going to Woodbury.
It meets all my expectations of a Sheraton with the exception of the internet service. I stayed two nights and I wasn't able to connect to it via cellphone or laptop.
The Technicians never showed up to help me and the front desk help was useless.
Even that, probably I'll get there the next black friday. I hope that Internet issues will be solved by that date...

We had an event at this hotel in November this year and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were very comfortable and the staff was extremely helpful. Our special thanks to the event manager and the two assistant managers. They were very honest, responsible, helpful, planners, doers and make everything go smooth approach persons.

Business trip, arrived really late, and check out really early. Everyone was very friendly, kept the bar open a few extra minutes so I could grab a quick drink. They recognized my Platinum status and upgraded me to a bigger room. I will stay with them again in future trips.
