Our two day stay was very disappointing. We found the room somewhat worn and weary. Not up to the quality that you would expect for the price. Very disappointed that breakfast was not included. For the frequent traveler that may not want a large breakfast, the cost for the buffet was steep. Especially since better hotels with nicer rooms provide a complimentary breakfast. The real disappointment came on the second night when guests moved into the room next door (third floor) with dogs. Management was not able to correct the situation in spite of virtually everyone on the floor calling to complain. I can’t imagine why they couldn’t correct this situation. It really makes one wonder who and what stayed in our room prior to our arrival. As I said, the room was pretty weary. The entire place is long overdue for a major refurbishing. We will not be back.

I booked a room at this hotel specifically because it had two queen beds available, which I needed since I had my three kids staying with me. When I got there my guaranteed room was not available, so they gave me a King accessible room right next to the main floor exit. They did put a roll-a-way bed in the room, but one of my kids still had to sleep on the floor (with a queen/queen room we could have had two in each bed). In addition to the bad bed situation the exit door slammed after each person exited, which made it difficult to sleep after 5:00 a.m. (it is an airport hotel and lots of people were using that exit).

A standard Sheraton hotel, nothing unusual about it. Far from downtown but very close to airport. There is free 24-hr on-call shuttle service to the airport, about a 5-minute trip. You can use the shuttle to access the light rail station at the airport to get downtown.
Some of the rooms near the runway are noisy, but the hotel provides earplugs. Not a lot of late-night airplane traffic. On-site restaurant and bar with very friendly and helpful wait staff. Small, limited Platinum lounge which is currently undergoing renovation and expansion.
The hotel interior provides an impression of being dark and dreary, but this might be due to attempts to keep out the airport noise.

I usually don't expect much from airport hotels. I was blown away by the attention to detail and all the extras that are never seen...especially at airport hotels. As a Platinum, was given a room on the club floor. Extra perk was the fresh fruit and water by the elevator....in which cookies were also placed later in the day. The lounge was above par with a nice layout, friendly staff, and good food selections. The front desk staff (Mollie) was very helpful, friendly, and truly made me feel appreciated. Thank you!

**This night was my last as a platinum member :( so I thought to stay at an SPG property**
I got to this hotel at about 10pm and all I wanted was to crash because I had a flight out at 6:45 am. Check-in took about 30 mins (RIDICULOUS considering I was next in-line) and although a major mishap, was the ONLY blemish.
The hotel is excellent, rooms clean and super comfortable and my 5:!5 wake up call saved me from missing my flight!
Overall great place to stay but it would be perfect without the check-in incident.

I stayed here due to an early flight out on my departure day. I bar staff was amazing and remembered me the second night and what I wanted to have. They had great small talk and made my stay great.
I will stay there next time due to the staff!

I had a wonderful time during my stay. The Hotel was clean, my room was comfy, and staff were professional, helpful, and friendly. The food served at the conference was very good and served with style.
