We found the hotel and our room at the club level very nice ,well furnished and very comfortable. Only problem we found was the furnace, while it worked just fine it was as loud as a freight train driving through your room, not sure if it was just this room but that is something that definately needs some attention. Thank you

Very disappointed... I live 5 minutes from this hotel. The ONLY reason I booked there, was to get a suite with a jacuzzi for an early Valentines celebration. I was promised that numerous times by hotel staff, told them if there wasn't a jacuzzi in the suite, there was no way I wanted the room. I paid a very hefty rate and must have called to confirm the jacuzzi about 5 different times before check in. Each time, told "yes mam, your suite is with a jacuzzi". Never would I have booked the room WITHOUT one. So imagine my surprise to find no jacuzzi in the room! Just a bath tub. The only thing that was offered to me then, were some free drink tickets. After speaking with a manager, they said sorry, but that there was no way to actually guarantee a suite with a jacuzzi. What is the point of a reservation then?! And why is numerous hotel staff telling me that I'm confirmed for that suite then? I travel a lot for work and always try to book Starwood hotels. But sadly this may be the last time, I am very upset. I basically paid more than half my rent to stay in a hotel for two days, five minutes away from my home. I understand issues like this may happen, but the lack of customer service, effort and compensation to make things right, was horrible. I expect better from hotels like this. Oh and the tv and satellite dish stopped working 2 hours after checking in.

I stayed at the Sheraton Denver West over New Year's Eve and had the time of my life! I had assumed that hotel staff would be annoyed to be working for New Year's, but every last employee that I talked to was happy, fun, and seemed to be delighted to host my girlfriend and me. The food was fantastic, the service was top-notch, our room was clean and comfortable, our experience was incredible! I really could not have asked for a better hotel experience!

The Hotel is a Home away from Home. The staff members are very kind and go up and beyond to making you feel comfortable. When you are hungry, just go right down stairs to the La Cave restaurant and get a Great Dinner with reasonable prices and great customer services.

I have stayed in this hotel many times over the past 9 years. It is nice to see and experience all of the improvements you have made to the hotel over that time frame. Also, I always appreciate the professional way in which I am greeted during check in and the way Gerri and other staff members make me feel at home when I am able to stay at the club level.

While checking in there was an employ standing at the front desk just staring and being rude. The parking garage was scary, the room was dirty, the maintenance guy was rude. The front desk staff recommended the pool, but when we went to the pool it was out of order, due to slime covering the top of the water. Our room key quit working so we went to get new ones and they still proceeded to tell us about the pool. Over all my worst experience at a hotel I didn't feel safe or comfortable

I checked into this hotel with some friends on our way back from a ski trip.
The staff was great and upgraded my wife and I as well as our friends to suites on the club level.
Our room had an issue with the heater blowing extremely loud and I asked that they move me to a room across the hall. They did so very graciously.
Our new room had not been fully renovated and it looked like we could have been shooting a scene from Miami Vice. It was hilarious. The room was however very clean and quite spacious.
I was pleased with our experience and would have no problem staying here again. It was appropriately priced, and I think I would just make sure to ask for a renovated room.
